It sleeps 6 it has 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a queen size air coil sleeper sofa. It also has a washer and dryer. It has direct access to the Ouachita River. This is a brand new cabin with all the amenities. All televisions are smart tvs. It has WiFi, and alexa command outdoor audio. We also have cameras outside for safety. It is completely furnished with everything you need. It has a firepit, riverside lounging just a few feet from the river. A gas grill on the deck and a charcoal grill with prep table by the river. You can swim, fish, or kayak directly in front of the cabin. This is a beautiful cabin with an awesome view.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was fantastic about checking in to ensure we were well taken care of. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing Experience

My brother and I were looking for a secluded, small town town access, with multiple hiking trails nearby with water view accommodations. The fully stocked house included an amazing river view that filled our early coffee morning experience with sounds of the flowing river and a sun rise that was breathtaking. The small town had good food options and small town hospitality. The access to many forrest trails gave us so many options we will get to experience new trails in our next visit.Can’t wait to come back!

The cabin is an excellent getaway from the city. Amazing river access. Property manager was excellent in communicating and helping us. Perfect vacation spot.

Peaceful, Beautiful Cabin On A Clear River

It was so peaceful sitting on the porch and patio next to the river, listening to nature. The Cabin was very clean and well stocked. We plan on going back to this cabin again.

River Cabin for the win!

Cad (owner) thought of everything when putting this cabin together. There is everything you need for a perfect stay. Location, cleaniness, communication, information and ideas for spending your day hiking, water sports and local eateries. Spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with my husband and our fur babies. Thanks Chad for a great stay.

Outstanding property, just what we were looking for. Located on scenic bend in Ouachita River which includes still water as well as a gravel shoal that changes to a stretch of rapids. Far bank is a high undeveloped bluff and gives a scenic view and sense of remoteness. The ground was covered in snow and made a postcard scene. We plan to return when the weather warms and experience a different season. Stayed 3 nights.

The property was perfect. Direct river acces for swimming, fishing and canoeing. The house had very we needed. The back yard was gorgeous.

Ouachita River cabin was nice, you have a great view of the river, no Mountain View’s. The cabin itself is nice. The seclusion was peaceful, no road noise. The one problem we had was directly across the river from the cabin, around 2-3 times a day people are fishing, canoeing and partying. Some kids were partying/swimming in the river until almost midnight one night. That was really the only issue we had. Other than that the cabin was stocked with all the essentials you needed even a first aid kit. You’re about 18 minutes from Mt Ida. So plan accordingly. The electricity went out for about 4 hours one night apparently a car hit a pole. But there is no cell service and it gets incredibly dark if it’s cloudy so flash lights are a must. Fishing was not good in front of the cabin, ask Chad about fishing he sent me to another spot and I was wearing the bass out after that. As well as amazing rock hunting! Be aware of the river when raining the river rose on us 2-3 feet in about an hour or 2. Overall we enjoyed Ouachita River Cabin.

Perfect Rental in most peaceful beautiful location!

Our 4 night stay was absolutely the best. The scenery is so beautiful and mesmerizing and very quiet location. The home is very comfortable and well taken care of and provides all the comforts of home. The outdoor living space has everything needed for any season you choose to visit. Hope to return and stay here in the summer. This winter trip was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Chad is a phenomenal host. He was patient with all my questions and had great advice for whatever I was bugging home with. The property is more beautiful than described. Clean, tranquil, and peaceful with baby deer everywhere. I don't think you could find a better spot!

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The driving directions were easy to follow. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The design of the cabin was well laid out. The property has everything we wanted. We will be back when we can stay longer. Absolutely gorgeous!!!

Excellent family cabin and property

Perfect size for our family of four; the cabin was cozy and complete with the right amenities for us: wifi, checkers, jenga, smart tv, coffee, condiments, and an outdoor swingset. Close to crystal mining and national forest trails. Water was high and bank was steep so there was no option for wading into the river, but we had plenty of fun anyway.

Best place to stay in Arkansas

This cabin is amazing. It had everything we needed and more. The spot on the river was perfect to enjoy the day with the kid’s swimming. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and had everything you would need in a home away from home. We came from Texas, and come to Arkansas a couple of times a year to ride the river, trail riding and just the relaxation you get in the great state of Arkansas. Chad was very responsive, and let us know if we needed anything to let him know! This place is a Gem and we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Getaway

This little cabin is the pefect getaway to relax. We came here to enjoy some down time after my oldest graduated high school. Your right on the river! Chad is a wonderful host. Communicates very well. The cabin is stock with all the main essentials to make your stay amazing. Chad thought of everything you might need that you forgot! We enjoyed being able to go straight to the river to fish. The patio by the river is so relaxing. Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely be back!!

A perfect place!

My husband and two young children and I just returned from a stay at this cabin, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The location and property are fantastic - secluded, stunning river views in every direction, surrounded by forest. The cabin itself was immaculate when we arrived, and has a beautiful back porch overlooking the river, a yard with fire pit and swing set, and a lower patio closer to the river. There are so many places to enjoy being outside here. Finally, I’d like to compliment the level of detail the owners have put into this property. This is, hands down, the most well-appointed vacation rental I have ever stayed at. From the kitchen and bathroom amenities provided, to the latching gates on the porch, to the maps and guides left for visitors, and more than I can mention in one posts the owners truly made every effort to provide everything they could think of for a great stay. Chad was extremely pleasant and friendly to work with. My whole family loved our time here, can’t wait to return!

Paradise on Quachita River

Omg I can't say enough good things about this cabin. If you are looking for a place to de-stress than this is it. The views of the river are phenomenal, the cabin is spotless, amazing shower and amenities galore. They even gave my dog Georgie some treats!! Favorite part was waking up and drinking coffee on the amazing deck with Alexa playing some tunes and the river flowing. They really thought of everything and we appreciate that. Chad and his wife were super nice and even gave us a huge bucket of crystals!! I am a rock freak so this made the trip! I really don't want to give this place away haha but they deserve 5 stars. I have never been to a place that I wanted to come back to, I just like to try different places but this is a place you will want to come back to over and over!!!
