One of the previous guests had stabbed at the tub drain a bunch, so I couldn't have a bath without the tub slowly draining. There was water damage in the hallway and a combination of smells I cannot describe, which will remain a fond memory. You get what you pay for, and I can't say it was the worst place I've ever been to. An hour walk from Disneyland, if that's what you're there for.

Simply suites, very simply

Great location, Good stay, except the appliances a little noisy, specially the fridge in our bed room, looks it has an airplane engine. The building was a little bit outdated.

Couple day stay for disney

Most everything was fine but the communication about late check in process was poor and lacking, but it ended up getting worked out. When booking i booked a room with a bed and a couch, as my friend was traveling with me. Upon arrical it was just 1 bed, assuming we'd be fine sharing it. Overall clean and a decent place to land a couple days, accomodating to my dog.

Quaint little suite

Perfect small suite for my husband & I. Parking is very affordable. Full size fridges and microwaves were perfect! Super close to the Anaheim Convention Center, where we were attending daily for our daughter's cheer competition. Extremely close to Disneyland. The drive was about 5 mins. from our hotel. We had all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores etc. to chose from. We would stay again if we have to come back to Anaheim and wanted a small kitchenette.

Clean but sketchy

Property was clean, staff was kind and helpful, however it had a sketchy feel to it. It's a very old property, probably originally a better hotel & suite chain. As I said, it was very clean. I just had a wary feeling about it, especially when arriving back after dark. In 5 days of staying there, we saw 2 other guests. No families or business travelers, which is strange for a city like Anaheim.

Online images of Property not Accurate

The images that were shown on your site were of a much nicer room than what were actually provided. The carpeting was dirty and there was a cracked lamp shade. Also, pots and pans were missing. Finally, this location was a suites hotel, not a private property. It should have been listed as such.

Reservation given away. Worst VRBO ever.

I’d love to review this properly, but I could not get them to honor my reservation. I called ahead to tell them I’d be a day late. When I tried to check in the following day they said I was a “no show” so my room was gone. I had also called the third party booking agency on the day I was supposed to check in, and they said that they could not modify my reservation. I said OK then I’m keeping it right? And judging from the charges I did. So in the end, what you’re dealing with at this property is some outfit out of Florida who books their rooms for them (and collects a nice service fee on top) and has no responsibility back to their front desk. Their front desk has no responsibility to the customer. And then you get this nice email from Vrbo a couple weeks later asking how your stay was. Where was this Customer Service when I needed it? This was the worst.

Freezing Cold

When I got there we checked in and got up to the room. Upon entering the ac was on full blast at 66. Attempted to turn it up and to turn on the heat. The thermostat stated that it was on but it just blasted cold air. It was so cold my feet were numb. Called the from desk they sent someone who did not speak English. Mind you this is at 11pm. My 3 year old and I are dog tired ready to go to sleep so we can get up and go to Disneyland. The gentleman was in there for over an hour on the phone with someone else. I kept trying to ask for another room to be looked at light a deer in the headlights. At this point I am trying to stay awake with my toddler. Finally he decides he is done and tries to just say its broken and walk out. I was able to tell him in what little spanish I know that I need a different room. Midnight rolls around and I am finally in a new room with a working heater and in bed.
