Enjoy your coffee as sunlight pours through the wall of windows in the great room. Step outside onto the spacious decks and let the stillness of the forest settle in, with your own private entrance to the Roosevelt National Forest on site. Wander through aspens and over footbridges on your own private trails, or spend the afternoon on the property’s private 9-hole frisbee golf course.



This property is designed to embrace every season or reason for a getaway, whether it is a romantic retreat, working vacation or staycation, serene personal reset with friends, family gathering, or holiday meals and celebrations. (Sorry no weddings and no more than 10 people in the home).

We describe this home as “modern comfort meets indulgent mountain charm”. There are 3 levels, with high-end furnishings, natural textures, and warm, inviting spaces. Fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected, while Smart TVs in the great room, primary bedroom, and downstairs family room allow you to log in to your own services and stream your favorite entertainment.



Main Floor:

King Bedroom “Fox” Suite: Vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a large 4-piece bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, and a jetted soaking tub. Includes direct access to southwest-facing deck for stunning sunsets.
King Bedroom “Wolf”: with bathroom just across the hall featuring a tub/shower combo.
Large Dining area and Great Room: large dining table and couch seating for the whole family featuring 2 story wall of windows.
Decks: The southeast facing deck off of the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, coffee and morning reading. This deck includes a gas grill. There is also access to the large southwest facing deck from the great room, which is excellent any time of day for lounging in the rocking chair or sunset dinner at family sized table.

Kitchen: Fully stocked for groups of up to 10, with generous counter space, a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle, large refrigerator, and microwave.
Laundry Room: Includes washer, dryer, and direct access to the 2-car garage, (which also houses a second refrigerator and freezer).


Upper Level:

King Bedroom “Buffalo” Suite: With its own quaint level, it’s private, with a small bathroom and shower.
Outside of the bedroom, loft couch seating for private reading


Lower Level:

Two Queen “Stanley” & “Lynx” Bedrooms: Two queen rooms with 2 hallway bathrooms (one full bath with a tub/shower combo and a second private shower plus a separate powder room).
Family Room: A spacious gathering space with a Smart TV, foosball table, board games, and a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, wine fridge) for entertaining.
Fitness Room: A personal gym with south facing views, equipped with an elliptical and treadmill by Sole, a Schwinn spin bike, and Bowflex adjustable dumbbells.
Second Laundry Room: Extra washer and dryer for added convenience.

No EV Charging - We do not allow EV charging on site without prior discussion and written approval from the property managers. Unauthorized charging will result in a forfeited security deposit.



Mountain Access & Winter Conditions:

The private driveway is part of what makes this home feel so secluded, but it does require the right vehicle. Because of the natural incline, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended, and required in winter, as Colorado’s Traction Law may be in effect, requiring 4WD/AWD and a minimum tread depth of 3/16". Sports cars or low-clearance vehicles are not suitable for this Colorado property any season.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.
