This home features 4 bedrooms (2 with King beds and 2 with Queens) plus a sleeping loft with a king, queen, and a twin bed. Master en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level plus a second bedroom and bath on the main. Kitchen includes a COFFEE BAR complete with espresso machine and waffle maker. Ground level offers a game room with a newly refinished solid slate POOL TABLE, VIDEO GAMES, a Wii, a PacMan Arcade Game, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two queen bedrooms making a total sleeping capacity of 13 guests. Smart TVs and Rokus with YouTube TV as well as High-Speed Wifi. Enjoy the gas fireplace or fire pit on those cold nights or spend time in the HOT TUB, all with views of the Mountains and Valley! Aside from the beautiful view of the valley, convenience, paved, year-round access, and privacy make up this gem in the center of Maggie Valley where within as little as 2 minutes you can be out shopping or skiing in 15 minutes. If you're lucky enough and visiting the right time, you can enjoy the Maggie Fairgrounds concerts just across Soco Rd. from the comfort of your own deck -- for free (Beautiful fireworks show on 4th of July)! We've also added a fire pit for late-night marshmallow roasting!
