FOREST DUNES RESORT AMENITIES

*Each adult will be provided a wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands are needed to access pools; each adult will need a wristband for pool deck entry. Wristbands are also needed to access the lobby from 10pm ‐ 7am and access the fourth-floor parking garage crosswalk and stairwell.

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Beautiful condo

This place is amazing..stocked fully with anything you might need! Amazing shower! AND THE VIEW!! Morning coffee was peaceful and the view was perfect! We saw dolphins! Already planned next year's vacation here!

Had a great time

We stayed here during a local car show. It was just as listing said. Very clean and management was very nice. Closet door was broke but it didn’t bother us any. Views were great. Balconies were perfect and pools were a blast!

Everything went wonderful

We had stayed in this condo before and always been pleased. We have been coming down for the last 25 years and this year was our 60 anniversary and we were pleased in May and this time in September. We look forward to coming back next year and hopefully stay in the same condo. Thanks to you and the owner for everything.

With other VRBO experiences, a room ready ahead of time was a positive with an invitation to come early. This unit, however, offered early arrival and late departure for extra . A real turn off.Kitchen was well equipped except for spoons and a skillet.Building maintenance was an intrusion most days tho respectful. We had 2 questions overall. One answered immediately and one ignored.Unit had been upgraded with nice granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Total Bait-And-Switch

I looked at fifteen or so properties before choosing this one for my wife’s birthday getaway. I chose it because the room pictures provided on the Verbo listing depicted a clean, neat, and very much updated room with hardwood floors, new furniture, modern deco, etc. I received a call from the resort a few days before our trip inquiring about our intensions while we were visiting and began offering vouchers for various restaurants and activities, it became obvious this was a resort sales call of some sort. I politely told the gentleman that this was a short getaway, and we would be sticking to the beach and room for our stay, he tried to continue his pitch and once again I told him that we wanted to spend a quite weekend alone and we ended the call. A few days later, the day of our trip I received an email stating that “Due to unforeseen circumstances” our room assignment had to be changed to a different room number and pictures were provided of the new room. You guessed it, the newly assigned room was outdated, carpet floors, outdated furniture, and deco, etc. of course it was too late to change our reservations, so you do the math. I will say the room was clean but that is all it had going for it. Not very happy with the Bait-And-Switch.

On website says pools are open till 11pm they closed at 10pm wouldn’t be an issue but got in at 7:30 by the time we tried relaxing after driving all day they were closed, also stated pools were heated till 10/31 and we were there beginning of October for honeymoon they were freezing. One of two elevators was under construction which was extremely inconvenient. Water levels were very low. Rooms ac was an issue and TVs were outdated and very small

Overall nice

Overall the place was beautiful and in a nice area we enjoyed the restaurant the most however we dreaded being in the room we stayed out most of the time we couldn’t really enjoy the room much it was WAY to hot. Because the room has so many windows the property did have fans however because the ac wouldn’t drop below 68 it couldn’t catch up there was a point it was 78 in the room I spoke to the front desk and all they did was send maintenance up and the air filter was TERRIBLE but it didn’t help at all the room was Miserable… we couldn’t even enjoy the view from the windows because one we barely could stay in the room and two having to keep the curtains closed… Side note the fans barely help they didn’t cool that well I recommend better fans…..

Beautiful views

The place was clean and the view was outstanding. Caress to the private beach was a huge plus. My only complaint is that there were very few supplies like I’m used to when I rent a place. Definitely go shopping prior.

Beautiful view! Worth a visit!

My Fiance and I booked this property last minute, and it was definitely our best decision. We loved it so much we are looking into possibilities to buy a similar unit! Very clean property, and up to date. The staff working at Forest Dunes were very nice and attentive to our wants and needs. The view from the ocean view balcony is a home run! Drink coffee in the morning and relax watching the amazing view of the beach. Highly recommend this property and will be back in the future.

Good location but false pictures

Location is great and I liked the front desk lady. The bathroom and kitchen were updated but it was not everything in their pictures. The bedroom, living and dining area were terribly outdated. There was a brown stain on one of our blankets.

Overall our stay was OK. Pros: View was great! Close to the beach Bar restaurant on site Cons: Full kitchen but no cleaning sponge or paper towels. Some dishes were dirty with food still! Photos make every inch of the place look large, when you arrive it’s like a teeny tiny New York City apartment, crammed with over sized furniture such as kitchen table. NO washer or dryer!

The location is the best part. You’re in a more private and less busy area than the rest of the strip. I would’ve liked a higher view but the 3rd for wasn’t too bad.

Not what was in photos.

Room was dated, nothing like the pictures posted. I wanted an updated room. Floors were dirty, turned our socks black. I was offered all my money back, but where was I too go with my family after we drove 12 hours. Check in sent to a different location. I get to check in location, they send me to where we were staying. Communication and cleanliness was horrible. Will never stay here again. I would like to be compensated.
