We are a 10 minute ride from the Bay Head train station where you can catch a ride directly to the Meadowlands. (Note: You cannot drive to the Games, there is no parking at the Meadowlands) if the Philadelphia games are your choice, we’re just a 90 min drive. Beautifully appointed condominium on the beach with sunrise and sunset views from your bed, pool views from your living room! This oceanside retreat in the gated community of The Ocean Club at Mantoloking is calling your name. The bedroom offers ocean to bay views, while the living room overlooks the beautiful, oversized heated swimming pool.

No need fight for a parking spot, you've got 2! Beach chairs and umbrella are all at your finger tips. Grab your favorite drink, walk down the stairs, across the dune walk and onto our private, guarded beach. Look north 100 yards and notice the public beach bathers are stacked like sardines, while you stretch your beach blanket out and soak in the sun. No public restrooms for you, because your private oasis (and bathroom) is just steps away. If you’ve enjoyed enough sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and jump in the Olympic size heated pool.
Bring along your bikes, running/walking shoes. The Shore area is flooded with bike and foot traffic all day long, whether you’re headed out for exercise, to explore the local boutiques, grab an ice cream or meal.

At the end of the day, relax on the Italian leather sofa and enjoy an evening cocktail. Whatever your pleasure, if it’s sun and sand you seek, Cabana #1204 will surely delight you! ** Fees payable directly to owner no less than 30 days prior to arrival as follows: Document Preparation Fee $50, Exit Cleaning Fee $150, and Property Fee, as outlined below. Property Fee is $400/week June - August and $200/week Sept - May. This fee is included in the advertised nightly rental rate, but will be deducted from the nightly rate at the time of booking and paid directly to the owner with all other fees no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
