SUMMER 2026 - SUNDAY TO SUNDAY WEEKLY RENTALS - MID JUNE THRU EARLY SEPTEMBER.

Our home is just minutes from the the Heart of Cape May's restaurants and shops. The beach is a quick 12 minute walk. At the beach you'll have access to a beach box (locked not included) to store your chairs and other items for the week - no more lugging your items back and forth each day!!! Pack your lunch and spend the day at the beach! There are 3 bedrooms - 1 king (new 18in. mattress) bed w/TV, 1 queen bed w/TV and a trundle bed w/2 twin beds (along with a pack-n-play & blowup mattress), 2 full baths (upstairs recently renovated), family room w/flat TV (& Roku), nice sized dining room and private yard w/Weber grill. Park for children across the street. Amenities: WiFi, outdoor shower & kitchen w/SS appliances.

We love dogs and have 2 of our own! While dogs are welcome, we ask that you please walk your dog! We recently laid sod and do not want dead grass and urine stains. Thank you!

There is an outside doorbell camera in the front as well a camera in the back yard.

We DO NOT provide Sheets, Pillow Cases or Towels!!! King mattress is 18in. If you prefer to rent linens, I can provide a recommendation.

There are plenty of pillows and blankets available. Ductless AC in each bedroom.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, beach tags are required. We will provide 6 tags for your use. Please be sure to place them back in the dish on the counter next to the toaster prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in paying the replacement cost for each tag missing along with a service fee to have replaced.

We also rent a beach box (Memorial day to Labor day) that you will have access to use during your stay (locked not provided). Keep your chairs/umbrellas/shovels etc. locked away for the week instead of lugging back and forth!

We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags upon arrival but you may need to purchase additional items.

While we are a pet friendly home, it is crucial that you follow a few simple rules.
1. Please walk your dog. New sod was recently laid in the backyard and we're trying to avoid dead grass and urine stains. Thank You!
2. No dogs allowed on the bed or furniture! Be considerate of other guests who may have allergies or not want dog hair on their clothes or on the bed. Excessive dog hair on the furniture may result in the cleaner charging extra.
