The Majestic

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic!! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The area was very busy but felt very safe at the Majestic. We especially appreciated the luggage racks and the carts. We can't wait to book again for next year.

Poor beds

The 2 queen beds were terrible. The frame was broken on one of them, and it leaned to that side. The other queen bed has a deep dip in the middle. The bunk bed’s mattress was covered in urine. We reported this several times. Maintenance came up and put a topper on the bed that dipped down, but that didn’t correct the problem. They then did something to the frame of the other bed, but it broke in the middle of the night. The dishwasher didn’t work well and smelled moldy. We left early as the people on those beds were having back issues. There was no offer for any type of refund when requested. Just no response at all.

Spring break

Property was great. Condo was exactly how it was described and the proximity to the beach was perfect! Parking garage is across the street but there is a walkway that takes you across.

Gorgeous ocean views!

We stayed over the Christmas holidays and had a fabulous in spite of the cold. Views were stunning. The king beds and sofa were hard. Kitchen was well-equipped.Most VRBOs have more initial amenities on arrival. We had to purchase everything from trash bags, paper goods, and cleaning supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Review of Majestic Towers

The stay was wonderful. Rooms were well equipped to handle 3 adult couples and 3 kids under age 10. All of the appliances were functional and the walk in showers in each bathroom are nice. Comments on other property amenities. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool in tower 1 and the hot tubs just outside the indoor pool. We never visited the indoor pool in tower 2. The game room on-site appeared to be lacking games to play (a trip to Rockit Lanes & Arcade can fix that). The theater on-site was nice. Overall the whole campus was clean and the staff were friendly.

This 4-bedroom unit was renovated very well, and the view was amazing! Location was also great, and facilities were nice.

Great condo!

The unit itself was wonderful and I would happily stay here again. The couch wasn’t super comfortable, but that is not a big deal. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had a nice surprise with the beach chairs. 🙂. The only issue we had is that the hot tubs had way too many chemicals in them and we ended up with some burns on our legs from them. This is not the fault of the owners however. The condo itself I would rate a 10/10!

Beautiful condo, great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in this condo. It was updated and very nice. The only problem we had was the floor was dirty, after walking around on the floor for a few minutes the bottoms of our feet were black. We swept the floor to try and help, but it didn’t. The rest of our stay was great, I would stay here again, but make sure you bring a pair of indoor shoes!

Absolutely Amazing!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and floats that were in the condo for us to use. This was our first time staying on this end of the beach and we couldn’t have been happier with the resort. We will definitely be back!

Great option at PCB with plenty of room.

Very nice condo with a great location central to all that PCB has to offer. Beachhouse restaurant next door snd many other restaurants within walking distance is super convenient.

Needs maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very nice, few things broken- third bedroom bed headboard, master shower door handle, microwave, ice/water on fridge. Took three days to get microwave replaced. Condo was not ready at 4 but we entered anyways because everyone had to use the restroom and it was so hot outside! Condo had so many rules at the pool and the elevators on check in day were miserable. Also when I called to see if condo was ready early they hung up on me twice but then answered my husbands phone call.

Fantastic Unit at tge Majestic

9 of us, 4 adults, 5 kids slept and stayed very comfortably. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Bathrooms were excellent and very large. View was fantastic, proximity to wesr end elevators was great. And unit location meant it was quite. Only weird thing, water heater is on a timer. My wife tried to shower the morning of check out and the water heater started alarming and the hot water was shut off. Fairly loud alarm right next to two bedrooms. Not sure if this was because it was day of check out, or before 6 am, but that was the only negative thing about the condo.

Great vacation!

The property was nice. Pools were great! The bar across the street was loud. Not great at night when you are trying to sleep and we were on the 12th floor. Other than that a good time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went on a family vacation with our parents and overall everyone really liked the condo. There were some issues that were NO fault of the condo owners tho. Tower one had no one at the front desk the whole time we were there. We had to go to tower 2 if we needed a day pass for a friend to visit. There was a issue somewhere that everyone had to evacuate the building. One fire truck was there. Our parents are elderly and had to walk 9 flights of stairs due to evacuation. It took a toll on them for the rest of the week. I feel there should be some type of protocol displayed for a possible emergency when elderly people are involved. When fire truck left there was no clear to go back announcement. We constantly smelled marijuana smoke while sitting on our balcony which was annoying. Again no fault of the condo owners! That is something that I feel Emerald coast needs to address. We were on the 12th floor and could see a lot of stingrays along the coast, watched some dolphins swimming and jumping around (Bring binoculars). Loved that! We went on the sea screamer dolphin tour which is close by, highly recommend that. There are places to eat within blocks. Overall stay was good. Condo was clean, decorated very nice and worked out great. Condo owners response to emails were quick. I would return to this same condo for another vacation in the future.

PCB Trip

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at PCB. This property was so nice and clean. The pictures are accurate and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. My family and I enjoyed the stay so much. We would love to stay here again sometime.
