Lounge by the pool or fire up the grill exclusively for your use. Explore shops and restaurants steps away, or take the swim at the beach - only 7 minutes drive from the house. The home is fully equipped for your relaxing vacation, just show up with your swimsuit and shades. Fabulous extras including at home:

We were so happy with the house and heated pool. Very clean and stocked well. The dog area was easy to clean up with shells. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Large house! Very close to Shamrock Park and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Owners very responsive and helpful. Thank you!! See you next year.

House has obviously been recently remodeled and is very nicely appointed. Kitchen has all that you need to cook and serve, galley style nice and roomy with views out to pool area. Two dining room tables inside and two on screened in lanai. Pool area is furnished with comfortable seating and lounge chairs. Pool is cleaned weekly and is comfortably heated, towels, pool toys and floats are provided. Bedrooms have great sheets and nice bedding, very comfortable. Bathrooms have walk in showers and plush towels. Although we did not use the washer/dryer, I was pleased to see the same LG W/D that I own. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Host made contact with address and door code, offered to be of assistance if needed. Our dog loved the space indoors and out. Would highly recommend this property, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Lovely and Relaxing Home

This home was very clean and overall spacious. We had 6 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. One of the bedrooms is a little small, but worked out fine. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The showers were great. This was like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in area by the pool area in the mornings and throughout the day. So peaceful and relaxing. The pool water was a little cool, but it worked out ok for us. The kitchen was well equipped, Having a washer and dryer was really nice. The location was great for getting to the places we wanted to go. The host, Marian, was very responsive if we had any questions. Would recommend this home.

Exceptional!

We stayed at this lovely home for 2 months and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and impeccably clean. Very well decorated. Chairs, sofas and beds were all quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The pool was crystal clean and the fountain provided nice ambiance. There are at least 5 wonderful beaches nearby (7-15 minute drive) and many great walking trails. We went to many delightful waterfront restaurants in Venice, Englewood and Nokomis. And there's a divine donut store 5 minutes from the house. We sat outside in the private side yard every night and admired the stars and moon. Very quiet neighborhood and location is so convenient to everywhere. Our dog loved having a fenced area to play fetch. We went to 3 top notch performances at the Venice Performing Arts Center. Venice is a great place to visit and we would highly recommend this house for your stay!

Cozy Quiet Stay

Spacious home. Lots of closet and storage. High end appliances. Very complete kitchen. Cookware quality as well as dinnerware. Living room very comfortable TV Roku connections very serviceable. Nice dining room area. Bedrooms and bathrooms very adequate. We really enjoyed the outside pool and patio area of the house especially for early morning coffees and even late afternoon on the chaise lounges. Very nicely landscaped we really enjoyed the song birds. We also were given the option of using the ferry pass to a private beach if desired. We loved the easy access to restaurants and stores so close by. I was able to contact Marian the owner who was very willing to address any situation or problem that arose. We would certainly be willing to rent from this owner again if it would be available in the future.

Spacious place

Spent 2 months at this home. Had family come and stay and our dog was happy here. Great location. Owner quick to respond to questions. Only negative was the pool heater is not adequate to heat the pool during cool days and evenings. Also no pool cover to help keep my he heat in.

Was a beautiful place.

The place was very clean upon arrival. Quite a nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Only concern was that fountain wasn't working. The refrigerator broke upon our stay as well but there truly is nothing they could've done about that. It was just a fluke.
