Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a beachy and colorful cottage exterior, as well as a spacious, welcoming front porch, featuring seating and overlooking Forest Street. The expansive open air front porch is furnished with Adirondack seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon book. Step inside into the first-floor foyer, as this level of the home includes two queen bedrooms, which conveniently share an outdoor porch and full hall bath.

On the second floor you will find the sought after combined living plan to keep family connected. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining room is adjacent and comfortably seats six for dinnertime. The adjacent living room has two large sofas with seating to accommodate all and a large mounted flat screen TV. Another gem of the home is the sizeable second floor open air porch that provides additional lighted outdoor dining for six, a lounge area with sofa and club chairs, and an additional seating area for two.

If you head up the stairs to the split-level second floor, you can find a large king master bedroom, featuring a full, large, private bath with double vanities.
