The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of space in the common areas to gather all together, but also space for us to spread out as well.

We had a great time at Emkay’s house. The caretaker was kind enough to bring out the fire pit that we enjoyed at night. Great cooking appliances and it was convenient to have plastic wrap and plastic forks and spoons. Very communicative host.

The property is really beautiful ! I had issues with the lights and the caretaker of the home fixed it promptly. I really have no complaints. I had a great experience and they also let me tour the place early to see where I can place things. I really enjoyed my stay and the people who hosted me

We had a fabulous time in Franklin and staying here was wonderful! The place was very clean and well managed. We had no issues and would definitely be willing to stay here again. The only thing I noticed in my room was there wasn’t a hair dryer. Talk about a little thing, but some travelers are used to having one, so just fyi. There was even breakfast cereal and milk available! So, no complaints. If you need a large place, this one works really well!

We loved the property.. the only thing was the beds were not comfortable. And the lights are motion activated, so they come on after you think you have turned them off. Other than that everything was great! We would stay again.

All of our beds are equipped with premium memory foam mattresses, and this is actually the first time we've received a comment about their comfort. Since the home has seven beds, we'd be grateful if you could let us know which bed or bedroom you found uncomfortable. That would help us investigate and make any necessary improvements for future guests. Regarding the motion-activated lights, they are intentionally installed only in the common living areas and kitchen for added convenience and energy efficiency. None of the bedroom lights are motion-activated, so guests can enjoy uninterrupted rest. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. This house can accommodate anything from a quiet getaway to a big family reunion or business retreat. The host was lovely and caring when one of our group needed to go to the ER and we needed to extend our stay.

Family Gathering

Perfect place for our first annual family gathering. Central location to meet, with plenty of room for the 10 adults and 8 grandchildren. Located close to Nashville for several family activities. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Our family hosted a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law. This house had adequate room for the adults and the few children that attended. The house was very clean and set up for entertaining. The house has a great kitchen with many of the essentials. The host was great to work with and was very responsive to any communication.

A fabulous spot for a local wedding!

If your looking for a good location, lots of space for a cermony and to have family stay this is it. Its not to far in the country has pleanty of space for every one and a big backyard with animals. It was lovely!

Girls Hockey Trip

The extras like makeup wipes, cereal and milk, coffee and filters was above and beyond and made our stay much easier. Having a fully stocked kitchen to cook food was extremely helpful. Would stay again.

The house was spacious and accommodating for our stay! The couple living downstairs was not a bother at all. We forgot all about it once we arrived and “moved in”! We had an issue with a breaker tripping and the lady downstairs took care of it right away.

This home was perfect for what we needed. We have family in town some live in Brentwood some live in Franklin and this was the perfect location. The house has tons of space a number of rooms that have en suite bathroom. I would definitely call it a little more on the rustic side, but the beds are comfortable memory foam, and the backyard is nice. There are even some goats or sheep in the backyard and chickens.

Fabulous place to stay!!! We had my Dad’s 95th birthday party there. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We had 8 adults and two children. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Kitchen has a nice layout. Sitting in the backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed the goats and chickens in the fenced yard behind the backyard. The property caretaker was a great guy. Especially with the kids when he was feeding the animals. This is probably the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. This residence is great for family gatherings and other outings. I highly recommend this place. The ping pong table was a big hit too as we had a fun tournament and there’s enough room for lots of spectators.

It was overall a nice stay- close to our venue, well stocked kitchen. There were lots of rules posted, telling of extra charges like if towels were stained, great communication with owner. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the home was well-equipped to accommodate our large group. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway.The check-in process was simple and convenient. We received the door code a few days in advance, which put our minds at ease and assured us that we would not have any issues once we arrived.Our communication with the host was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.We only experienced one minor issue that may be helpful for the host to know about. The motion-sensor lights in the entryway are very bright and, while they are not located inside the bedrooms, the light shines underneath the bedroom doors. This was a little disruptive for the children after they went to bed, and it also made it difficult to quietly enter or leave the bedrooms without turning on very bright lights. We completely understand the safety benefit of having lighting near the stairs and entryway, but perhaps a small night-light or dimmer option could provide the same safety while being less disruptive at night.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this home to larger groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay. We would happily stay here again!
