Located a ten minute walk from the beach this seclude hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Walk for hours on the beautiful sand beach or spend the day surfing. A short two minute boat to Tamarindo is steps from you private complex. Lounge on the pool deck while watching monkeys in the trees overhead. Cook in your own kitchen or slip across the street to the restaurant next door.
The main house has the Master bedroom with a large ensuite and walk-in closet. It is also home to the large open underroof outdoor entertainment area. Kitchen, bar, dining table and lounge.
The second building is the guest house with two bedrooms with queen size beds and each has its own washroom with shower. This building also has its own covered porch where guests can relax. Each room has separate entrances.
Both these villas are steps from the pool. At one end of the pool is a teak deck for sunning while the other end is covered and houses a two piece washroom and small sink .
The back of the pool area has a small apartment with its own kitchen area bathroom, and double bed. It also has a small porch area. Finally there is a renovated boat house with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The 2700 sq meter lot has many mature trees and you often see monkeys in the trees
The back and one side border the river green area and the other side borders two empty lots ensuring lots of privacy.

The beach is a short 10 minute walk from the house.
Spend an hour or more walking the three mile sandy beach, sun tanning to the sound of breaking waves or the afternoon surfing.
Half way to the beach there is a small mini mart were you can pick up groceries, rent surfing boards etc.
Minutes from the villa you can take a two minute boat ride across the river to the bustling beach town of Tamarindo. Home to restaurants, tours, car and atv rentals etc.
