Casa Tucan luxury home has everything you need and more for your surf and beach vacation. This beautiful home is located just a short walking distance to one of the most popular surf breaks called Playa Grande, which is bit more than 1 hour drive from the Liberia Airport. The house and apartment sleep 10 guests total and are only rented together. Casa Tucan has private pool, large covered rancho lounging area with beautiful patio furniture, large gas grill.

THE SPACE
Grand open floor plan with 24 foot ceilings and abundant natural light. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, cherry cabinetry and beautiful bright quartz countertops. Live edge Dining table seating for 10 and comfortable island seating for 4 more.
A living room overlooking beautiful tropical gardens. The internet speed is 100mb download and is fast for remote working, tele-conferencing, and media streaming. All of this surrounded by gorgeous framed art, beautiful rugs and custom made window treatments with beautiful tropical colors.

FIVE BEDROOM SUITES
Of the 5 bedrooms, two are in the main house (including a spacious master suites feature king-size bed) and three more in the guest house. The spa-like bathrooms feature rain-head showers and custom built vanities. Three guest suites feature queen beds and the "kid's" room features two twin-sized beds.

POOL AND RANCHO
Our pool and Rancho lounge areas are the most popular areas of the house with outdoor sofas, dining area positioned next to a 36" built-in Gas BBQ, and ceiling fan, fridge and sink.
