This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. The property was very nice, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked…you could cook about anything in the kitchen. Linens were good quality…not rental type. Plenty of furniture on the balconies for gatherings. I would recommend this property to anyone!Had one issue with the outside grill, but should be an easy fix. Very satisfied with the rental!

Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Ocean Lakes has a great community vibe. The location of this property is on a quiet street but very close to the beach. Lots of amenities available within the resort. The place is well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect for our family

We had family come for the beginning of the week and some for the end and a few for the whole week. We enjoyed fishing, playing in the ocean, sitting on the porch, cooking in the well supplied kitchen and resting and sleeping! It was the perfect location!

FUN!

C-12 is an awesome home! The house is beachy and full of fun! the owners of this home really take pride in there house. We have stayed in many at Ocean Lakes and this was by far the nicest home! We had a family vacation for Halloween and it was lots of fun!

THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT!!

We have been going to Ocean Lakes for over 20 years and celebrating their Halloweekends! We have stayed in many different houses over the years but this is our favorite by far! This home was extremely clean and had anything you could ever need! The host communication was great as well! Choose this home, you will be glad you did!!!

Great Location and Communication!

Property owner was very quick on responses and kept us up to date on anything and everything. Amazing location we could walk to the parks and beach! great supply of beach toys and chairs will definitely stay here when booking large groups!

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We rented a golf cart but more for the kids to cruise the strip. All the previous reviews about Connie’s quick response is 100% accurate. She was fabulous, just like our stay!

C-12 Seahorse Lane

We had a great stay the first weekend in March. We had 10 in our group (6 adults, 4 kids ages 7-14) and the house was enough space for all of us. Connie was very easy to work with. We really like Ocean Lakes and loved that we were one block away from the basketball courts, beach, and playground.

Perfect Ocean Lakes Location

We had a group of several adults and children that stayed. This location was close to the beach and close to the pool. We typically rent a golf cart, but it really wasn’t necessary with how close to the beach and amenities we were. The kitchen was large enough to fix meals for our crew and the dining space and balcony/ deck space fully accommodated our crew. I would HIGHLY recommend this for a family or a large group!

Week vaca for the 4th of July

We had an amazing time at the property. So close to everything you don’t need to drive to beach or pool/Rec center but renting golf carts gave us something else to do for fun. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a group of 14. We did bring our own umbrellas and beach chairs but there were chairs available. Lots of sand toys and boogie boards but leashes were missing off the boards so we let the older kids use those. We also brought a few boards with us since we had 7 kids. Can’t wait to be able to book some time again!

Beach Birthday Stay

We had a great time celebrating two family birthdays. The only down side was that about an hour before we checked in we were told construction was happening next door, and when I say next door it was about 3 feet away from the front door. The noise wasn't an issue much, they didn't work on the weekend and we arrived on Friday so we didn't see or hear them working until Monday. The house has a lot of great features. It's very spacious with a large open kitchen and living room. This house had so many places to hang clothes to dry. This place had more than enough space for our party of six. Very clean, and towels and linens provided. A minor inconvenience was there were a lot of unlabeled remotes for the TVs and we had to figure out which ones went with which TV. It was so close to the beach and the pools that we didn't need a golf cart or have to take a vehicle. Overall, we had a great time, and definitely would book again.

Just Right!

We've rented several houses in OL, this is by far the best. The pictures are just as they describe it. And that tree is wonderful for a shady porch to relax on after a day in the sun. The house was clean which is a real thing during peak season when owners are busy turing over houses. (First time our feet weren't black from walking on the floors at other rentals). The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of it for large family groups like ours. We loved having an extra large outdoor shower. And, there were plenty of beach toys and boards to go around for our group that included six young children. Speaking of young children, the full size washer and dryer made the week that much easier. The layout is perfect for multigenerational groups. Grandparents on the main level bedroom and the other two families had the four bedrooms upstairs. The owner was very responsive and checkin was seamless with digital checkin. Derby Shores is a winner!,
