Welcome to The Beverly Beach House, a beautiful family friendly ocean view property in Newport’s, Beverly Beach neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Beverly Beach Nature park for walks on the park trail or on the beach. 10 minutes drive, centrally located between all the beautiful beaches and viewpoints between Depoe Bay Scenic Park (North) and Yaquina Bay State Park (South). Perched on a hill in a quiet neighborhood you're only 10 minutes drive from all that Newport & Depoe Bay has to offer.

The house is spacious with two living areas for the entire family; downstairs living area features an entertainment center with Samsung Smart TV and 5.1 Surround Sound; upstairs living area has a separate TV for streaming ( Netflix, Disney+, & Amazon) programs for kids and it’s own recreation area with board games. Drink your morning coffee or watch the sun set on the (3/1/22) newly added deck, off the second story for a wonderful view of the ocean and relax to the sounds of the waves. Plenty of space in the dining area and kitchen for hosting and family dinners. The downstairs deck off the kitchen is perfect for barbecuing and sunbathing on the hammock. The backyard is fenced with ample room for the kiddos to run around and play in nature.

Place was very nice and very roomy. Seem to be kept up pretty well. The hosts were very easy to contact and very helpful when needed. I expected it to be much closer to the beach, but it did have a beautiful view from up above on the deck of the ocean.

ProsHouse was clean and the kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Ample beds to sleep in and the deck off the second floor was a true gem with a view of the ocean and a highlight of the house. It was nice to have two TVs. The dining area was big enough for our group. The fireplace in the kitchen/dining area was a comfy touch on the first evening.ConsThe side yard described as a possible place to have kids play was small, on the road and in need of mowing to make it a pleasant place to be. At check in the cleaners were still there and it took them another 20 minutes to finish up. They were using a STRONG bleach product that was an assault to our noses for about an hour afterwards even with the house wide open.All in all, a good house at a good price. We'd return.

Beautiful property!

Great property.Very clean and inviting. Comfortable for our family. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything you need. Beds were comfortable! Overall it was a great home that met all our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our family trip!

My husband and I took our three adult children, spouses and our 17 month old grandson for our family trip. This stop in Oregon was perfect! Great house, great location and the beach was our grandson’s favorite part!!

Great Girls Getaway!

Family friendly beach rental

The kids loved the upstairs play area and bean bags to watch movies and play games. In terms of proximity to the beach, it was a little bit too far a walk for the little ones but fine for the adults. Beverly beach was beautiful and the kids had a blast once there. This is a minor complaint but we couldn’t find the coffee grinder and had brought whole bean coffee with us, so we had to go back into town to buy ground coffee for the morning. Otherwise, the kitchen was very nice and well stocked!

Great House!

I thought this house struck the perfect balance between "If you are going to need salt and pepper you had better bring it" and "Why is someone elses c**p all over the place here?". The kitchen was better equipped than other VRBOs I've seen. The beds were comfy. I also liked the location. I actually timed it and it's 15 minutes leisurely walk from front door to stepping on the beach. There's also a great nature hike right next to the property at the state park. If I were to tweak two things, I would prefer a property with an Ensuite Master...and also a place to sit and view the water.

House was awesome, amazing location, beds were top notch. Everything we needed was provided, would/will definitely stay again! Every thing we wanted to do was a hop, skip, and a jump away. Super close to the beach, great quiet neighborhood. Than you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Girls relaxing weekend

Two of my friends and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend on the coast. This house was perfect for that. The house is good size and we all had grownup size firm beds. The house is well appointed—hair dryers, coffee pot, dishes, etc. We were able to hang out, play games, watch tv, and chit chat. Which was exactly what we were looking for. We would stay again.

Hurt

There needs to be railing on the steps in the front. The front steps have no railing. As I was going up the steps the post look like you can hold on but are not within reach. I fell down and was really hurt as I hit the flower pot I am really bruised from the knee to the head nothing broken. Thank heaven my granddaughter was there to call out to my husband but she was really scared. Please be careful
