Take in some of the best views on the entire island from this larger end unit at South Seas. Just walking thru the front door the views immediately hit you. Renovated throughout with an open floor plan. Best sunsets on the island from the private balcony!!

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is really beautiful..modern decor, amazing views and comfortable beds and couch! Everything was impeccably clean and tidy in the condo itself. Renovations on the building are under way which is very much needed. Clarity on the parking pass situation and the expense of it would have been nice while booking...that being said, the grounds felt very safe and protected. Also, and this is small, but providing dishwashing soap, extra trash bags, tp and paper towels would have been nice but not a big deal, just inconvenient. Overall we highly recommend this condo and would happily stay again on the future.

Wonderful condo

Condo was super clean and fully stocked all with a beautiful view. However there was a lot of construction in and outside of the building which we were never made aware of.

Clean, well maintained property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had mostly everything you would need for a one week stay. We will definitely stay again, and has been our favorite on the island. Master has king bed, guest bedroom has a twin and a double bed, so 5 can comfortably stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The view is amazing! The only heads up I would give, is if you have small children, it is a long walk to the beach. The ocean is not right out the door of property like some other locations. Even though it is beach and ocean front, when we logged it, it was a .33 mile walk to the ocean from the pool. With small kids this is a challenge when someone needs to use a restroom, or something is forgotten. Communication was good with property management. Pool is quiet, and security is very on top of who enters into property making it a quiet and safe location. They were starting to renovate the grounds with construction equipment during the day, and were working on updating the building interior. It wasn’t very quiet during the day, but work looked like it should be done by end of this season and wasn’t anything that would keep us from returning.

Roomy, cozy layout with a stunning view.

The condo has a beautiful layout, a stunning walk through open concept kitchen living room setup. We were disappointed when we first arrived to find the unit was very over cluttered unlike the photos, and had some broken old torn furniture, lamps, screen to deck. I spent hours rearranging and putting excess clutter away in closets to make it a more minimalist and pleasant space. As to the furnishings, It came off as you would expect with a cheap rental furniture company, i.e. torn throw pillows, blood stained towels and mattress cover, paper thin sheets (we purchased new ones they were so bad.) The bed was not comfortable so we bought a memory foam topper and used it for two weeks which made it a heavenly sleeping experience. The coffee maker was broken and dirty so we bought a new one. The pool had a leak so we couldn’t swim for the first week-plus of our stay until it was fixed. The owners offered to put us up somewhere else but no other property comes close to this unit and the south seas towers gated community and large saltwater pool. We adjusted, relaxed and settled in to enjoy an amazingly restful experience. Honestly, we’ve stayed in upper bracket luxury condos in Breckenridge for less money with better embellishment. It would be one thing if just the overall appearance of the building was equal to the cost of these condos, however it has a very tired, worn and dull interior. The hallway carpet hasn’t been replaced in over 15 years since we’ve been coming and it’s filthy. I am not happy to note these things, we’ve come here for many years. It just makes me sad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our first time visiting Marco Island and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I am already planning my next trip! I love the location of this property and the view was spectacular. When you first walk in , it is breathtaking. You get views of the ocean and bayside- which is quite nice. The beach looks like it is a great distance and the first trip sis seem like a long haul- but by the end of the end- there was nothing to it and absolutely worth it. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need. I will say that coming in on a Saturday, we really had no instruction other than where to pick up the key. There was confusion o n how and where we got a parking pass and what keys went with what. Some instruction before hand would have been good. Also the washing machines were being replaced and out of commission for several days, they were also changing over to a new pay system- we either had to buy a card for our last day to do laundry or go to building 4. We opted not to do either as we were not spending our last day in building 4 with our laundry. We did not even know that was an option for the days prior. so just some missed communication. Other than that, it was a fantastic trip and highly recommend!! Thank you for the great memories:)

The condo was prestine- probably the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! The condo was also well stocked from kitchen utensils to beach towels and linens. There is also a sand cart, umbrella and lots of beach toys! The beach is about a 10 minute walk in the sand but it well worth it. The beach is gorgeous. Our girls enjoyed shelling every day! We will definitely rent this condo again!

Lovely Unit

The unit is clean and bright with lots of windows. The decor is modern, and beautiful with a beach theme. The view is panoramic as the balcony wraps around the ocean and the inland. The towels however were dirty with yellow and brown bloody stains. Thank goodness I brought my own from home. Other than the filthy towels, which gave me PTSD, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper. The kitchen was clean, and well stocked with honey, spices, and paper towels, which we appreciated. The pool was clean and inviting with lots of chairs. We love walking the beach and appreciate the peace and desolation of the Tigertail. There is no perfect rental unit, but this property serves our purpose and would definitely return again.

The condo has beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys, beach towels, etc. The location was great- the walk across the sand to the ocean with our two teenagers was not difficult- the sand was packed in and even easy to roll a wagon across. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the views from the corner unit

Loved our stay

We loved the location of the property, you can’t beat the views and property amenities. Overall, we would stay here again. The only downfall was we had to buy a sand buggie and chairs (which we couldn’t fly home with) so essentially we left them for the next families to use. I’d suggest providing these items for guests so they don’t have to spare the extra expense especially when flying.

Great Condo but......

The Condo itself was very clean and well furnished and it's location was absolutely perfect but I'd like to offer the following minor suggestions. Invest in 4 nice beach chairs, a quality beach cart and two quality umbrellas. The cart, umbrella and 3 chairs we had to use belong in a dumpster. People rent this condo to be on the beach so there should be quality beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart, especially with the long walk to the water and the very hot sun. Invest in more bed bed linens and towels for the bathrooms. We only found 2 face towels and the other towels were stained. The bed linens should be replaced more frequently as well. They weren't dirty but you could tell they needed to be replaced. We did not find a broom to sweep the floor other than a small hand broom. The clothes iron belongs in the same dumpster as the chairs. It's a beautiful condo with high quality furnishings but sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference.
