This 1 bd/1.5 bath condo with many resort amenities is situated in the family friendly Horizon South Resort and Condominiums on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Horizon South is conveniently located and offers private beach access just steps from the properties gated entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sand and water of Panama City Beach.

In this spacious one bedroom, one and half bath condo, you will find one private bedroom with a king bed along with bathroom. There is queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has ceiling fans to keep you comfortably cool while using the central air conditioning. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a ceramic tile back splash. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just something quick and easy. Included in our condo is a sizable private balcony over looking one of the many pools with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Perfect place to enjoy outside dining and also a great place to store your beach gear.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums boasts four swimming pools (one heated in the winter months), one kiddie pool, and jacuzzi spa. You will have access to all the large recreation areas where you may play horseshoes, tennis, shuffleboard and putt-putt golf.

No need waiting for elevators or wondering where your car is. Conveniently park right outside your stairway to second floor condo making it easy for you and your family and friends to come and go. Parking permit and wristbands are requirements on the property (fees apply)


This is a non-smoking, no pet condo that features a stackable washer/dryer, flat screen Tv's. Steaming WiFi. If game systems or other items are attached to TV’s during your stay and once removed the TV’s are not in working order and/or can’t be fixed there will a a charge up to $250.00 for each TV affected. Enough complimentary supplies to get your vacation started, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and some essential kitchen supplies.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums is close to area attractions. This gated community is close to Pier Park which features shopping, dining and entertainment. It is conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and area attractions such as Wonderworks, ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and just moments away from championship golf courses.

**Please remember sea turtle nesting season is from May 1st to October 31st and we ask you to remove everything you take to the beach, fill in any holes you may have made and if on beach at night only use a red light in case you come across a nesting turtle or the hatchlings***
