The space
The entire remodeled basement with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a living room in the basement with a reading/computer desk, couches, and a massive TV w/ RoKu (Netflix, Hulu, etc). The backyard has a full fence around it. There is a laundry room w/ a washer and dryer available. It is ideal for a family trip. The ground level of the house is rented separately. There is no kitchen in the apartment, only a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee machine. We do provide basic cutlery as well. The upstairs unit does have the AC thermostat controls, so if it gets too cold or hot please use the multiple blankets we have or open the windows. Thank you

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire lower level of this house. There is a spacious, fenced backyard. Plenty of off-street parking is also available.

Other things to note
* The upper level of the house is rented separately. No access to the upper level from the basement.
* Please park on the Left side of the parking lot, so tenants from the upper level of the house have space to park as well
* No kitchen in the basement. But we have a microwave and mini-fridge w/ freezer in the living room. If you have a bigger group or wish to have full access to the kitchen, please click my profile, and you will find relevant listings.
*We also have 2 cameras outside that are recording at all times, and the front camera also has voice detection so it can notify us if there are any unauthorized parties.
