Bristol Mountain Resort is just minutes away for skiing and snowboarding. The resort has the highest vertical rise (1,200') of any resort between the Adirondacks and the Rockies.
Restful hideaway just a stone's throw from local action! Shopping, antiques, hiking, relaxation and fun at the Lakes.
Noble Shepherd Brewery is a mile away and there are three other fun breweries within 5 miles - and many more around the Lakes.
There is also a plethora of wineries nearby. Something to suit all tastes.
Local grocery stores in Honeoye, Bloomfield and Canandaigua - some even deliver.
Plenty of restaurants are just a short drive from the house.

The space
Entrance is through the unfinished basement - great for games and with its own Smart TV. A futon makes a comfortable queen size bed (with real mattress and bedding). The kids can enjoy hours of ping pong! If you are remote working you can set yourself up a work area downstairs (good for peace and quiet unless the kids are playing ping pong!!). There is one bathroom in this unfinished area (it is finished of course!).
Well-behaved small pets are welcome with agreement from your hosts prior to your stay.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying in this peaceful house for a few days. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Nikki & Randy were great hosts and very accomodating to our late departure request. We fully recommend it for family travel in the area!

Perfectly Relaxing

Peaceful getaway is a perfect name for this property. We appreciated all of the wonderful touches from the fresh flowers to the fully-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our weekend there. Even though we had to dodge rain and storms, we got to hike the trails on the property, grill out, and enjoy the fire pit out on the deck. We played ping-pong and at least one trivia game as well as Mexican Train with the dominoes. We left behind some drawings as well. The blankets were comfy and the beds were comfortable as well. The house could not have been cleaner or more functional. We did not even leave the property for three days because things were so great here. Thanks to our great hosts! I hope we can stay here again sometime in the future--what a great place!

Great stay

Everything was wonderful! Lots of extras in the house and the catch and release pond was a huge hit for my kids. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Welcoming

This home is just that, Home. Very welcoming and warm. Had a lot of supplies provided. Loved the little touches like the fresh cut flowers on the table! Also there is a second bathroom incase anyone turns away because of the listing saying one bath. Beautiful location and great host.

Home away from home

There is so much to like about this property. The house is beautiful and clean. It is well stocked, bring your clothes and food, the rest is there! The property is private and well cared for. We loved it. There was plenty of space for five adults. The owners communicated well and kept in touch. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful retreat on the pond

This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. The trail is also very nice. This property is amazing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. We had trouble connecting the WiFi and Nikki came right over and connected it for us. Randy and my husband talked about the fish in the pond one day when they ran into each other outside. The gas fire pit was very nice in the evenings and the deck is beautiful as well. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking as well as toilet paper and paper towels and even laundry detergent. There are 5 wineries and quite a few breweries on this lake which was perfect. The brewery right up the street (Noble Shepherd) was great and they have live music and catered food. If you wanted to explore the other lakes, Seneca lake is a 40 minute drive and the views are spectacular. As well as Kueka and Cayuga. We took a ride to Seneca and we were not disappointed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from it all. We could have just stayed in the home and been happy. There are also lots of board games and a ping pong table downstairs in the basement that we had a great time playing. Thank you so much Nikki and Randy for a most memorable weekend getaway.

Great Stay to Enjoy the PGA

Great location in the countryside. Near Canandaigua Lake, Birdhouse Brewery and a number of nice golf courses. Went up to see the PGA Championship at Oak Hill and play a couple local courses. The house, the location and the hosts were wonderful. Great communication with hosts. It was a rainout Saturday and they offered to let us stay the whole day Sunday (checkout day). Unfortunately, we had to get on the road. Thank you!!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for my son's wedding, and while we didn't spend much time at the house (wish I had more time there), it was clean & comfortable, and in a beautiful setting! The beds were very comfortable too!!!

Perfect vacation spot!

We had an excellent time here! Very clean and spacious. The rooms were very bright and the deck was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pond and the trails and also played several games of ping pong. We would highly recommend visiting here. We hope to come back one day!

Girls Weekend

Wonderful place for young and old. The girls from 2 1/2 to 70 enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Nikki and Randy answered all questions promptly. Very clean and organized. We had wonderful time. Thank you Nikki and Randi for your hospitality.

Early Autumn Birthday Visit at Bebee Lodge

Our stay at Randy and Nikki's property in Bristol was what we were hoping for...comfortable, convenient, and charming. Bebee Lodge had all the comforts of home, plus the convenience of being in the location we needed with the privacy that we appreciate. Cooking and grilling was easy with the well equipped kitchen and supplies from nearby, and we enjoyed take-out from several Honeoye businesses. We also enjoyed the late summer flowers and changing leaves while eating on the deck and the cooler nights around the firepit. Our granddaughter even caught her first fish from the pond on the property. Both Randy and Nikki were very responsive to any concerns during our visit.

Peaceful Getaway

Thank you to our host!!! Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcoming bouquet of flowers. Our host also provided some wonderful local coffee for us to enjoy in the mornings on the awesome deck. House was clean, quiet and tranquil. We were happy to find the house has central A/C as we had some humid weather in the beginning of the week. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, stores and restaurants were close by all within 20 minutes. All surrounding lakes were beautiful and a pleasure to kayak. We were happy with our stay and would recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone whos looking to get away from the everyday hussle and bussle.

A Relaxing Vacation

A beautiful rural house. So relaxing to sip wine on the deck or even fish in the pond in front. The house was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was amply equipped for any meal, the bed was ultra comfortable, and the host was so accommodating. The house is secluded from the road and a short distance from Canadaigua or Honeyoe, but the drives to and from restaurants, wineries, and museums were so beautiful. And the hosts provided helpful information on the area and the features of the house. In short, a perfect stay.

A perfect retreat

Nikki’s place is really amazing. Absolutely beautiful grounds and the house is impeccable. I had everything I needed for my 6 day stay. I was busy attending a clinic and trial so I was out most of the time, I wish I had more time to enjoy the property. I hope yo stay there again soon. Thank you Nikki.

Peaceful and Private!

We had a great stay at the Bebee Lodge. Spotless cleanliness, comfortable beds, new carpet, new furnishings, new (and fully stocked) kitchen items, and quiet nights. Oh, and the floor doesn't squeak! Perfect for those who wish to sleep in. What's not to like about the Bebee Lodge? Nothing! Even fresh flowers for the table. Very nice. Highly recommend.

Wonderful getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway

The home was very peaceful and had all accommodations for a great weekend getaway with friends and family. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hiked trails on the property and did a little fishing in the ponds. Ping pong was fun for the kids and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck at night by the fire. Location was secluded and yet easy to find and still just minutes from restaurants and grocery. Check in/out process was convenient and owners thought of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Would gladly come back!
