Located minutes from the Silo District, The Blue Belle is the perfect home away from home and a charming place to unwind from your Waco adventures. Whether you are sitting in the front porch swing under the porch or on the shaded back patio sipping your favorite beverage, it will not disappoint.” STR000479-06-2020 The Blue Belle House was designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. It has comfy bedroom linens and spa inspired bathrooms. A large dining area to accommodate gatherings as well as a fully equipped kitchen to create meals together. There is a covered patio as well as a fire pit and games for recreation. Enjoy! The whole house is available as well as two outside covered porches and large fenced back yard. I am available at all times for questions or concerns. Beautiful neighborhood within minutes to Magnolia Silos, Baylor, shopping and great food.

Family weekend

House was well stocked with essentials and plenty of extras. Comfortable beds, linens and seating areas. Fabulous out door area to congregate, played games at the kitchen table and enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings. Will definitely be back!

The Best!

The Blue Belle House exceeded every expectation we had for a “Girls Getaway!” The property is exceptional in it’s thoughtfulness, appointments and comfort. We are already a planning a return visit!

Great spot near our destination - Extraco

We came for a horse show and really enjoyed the adorable house with snacks and cute decor. The beds very comfortable and there was a lot of thought out in to details like the outdoor fire pit and providing bubble bath. We will definitely return.

Wonderful and comfortable house with GREAT outdoor spaces! Lots of little touches that made everything just perfect! We especially appreciated the instagram-worthy mural and the spacious and comfortable back yard.

My mom and I had a fantastic time on our Waco girls' trip. The house was clean and well accommodated, with everything you could need. The hostess was also very quick to reply when I contacted her. I would highly recommend this place and plan to go back.

Better than the pictures!

This home was so adorable! The patio and backyard were perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather. The hosts kindly provided all kinds of beverages and snacks- including s’mores by the fire pit. Would highly recommend! We hope we can come back again some time

Wonderful Place to Stay

I can not say enough positive things about our stay. The house was the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!!! It had everything we needed and more. The bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. My mom, sister and I had the best time sitting on the back porch talking while the kids played in the big back yard. The beds were comfortable, house is in a convenient location, seriously I could go on and on about how happy we were with our stay. Next time we visit Waco we know where we’ll be staying !

My family came in for Baylor Family weekend and this darling little cottage style house was a perfect spot for us! Amazing

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This was the cutest house with the cutest back porch & the cutest garage door! The host went absolutely above & beyond with all the extra little surprises & the stocked coffee bar, fridge, pantry, & s’mores kit. There were 6 ladies in our group & we all slept comfortably. The living room size was perfect for us to sit & relax after shopping & the back porch was great for the mornings. It’s conveniently located & the neighborhood was nice. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!!!

Could not have been better.

First, the house & its furnishings are absolutely beautiful & incredibly comfortable, including the backyard and both front & back porches. Then there were the many "extras." ABUNDANT beverages, snacks, kcups, creamers & bathroom supplies. While most leave out the minimum, Sabrina went above and beyond in her generosity. It was a refreshing thing to experience. Communication was fast & easy. Overall, it could not have been better.

Charming and Peaceful

My sister-in-law and I spent a weekend at The Blue Belle House as a reading retreat getaway and an opportunity to visit Waco. The house was far beyond our expectations and made it hard to leave! It has been lovingly restored and is decorated in the most charming and comfortable way. It was immaculate and Sabrina has left so many personal touches. The kitchen and baths have absolutely everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and we slept well in this quiet neighborhood. The original artwork displayed in the house is stunning and I ended up looking up the artist to see more of her work. The neighborhood is old and in an old part of the city. There are shabby houses mixed with well-kept and restored homes. The location was fine for us and we felt safe. Sabrina is gracious and very easy to work with! I can’t recommend this house enough if you’re looking for charm and comfort.

Clean and Cute

Super cute house with a very responsive property manager. We arrived later in the evening and the house was all lit up and ready for us. We had issues figuring out the TV and Sabrina called immediately to help us. The house was fully stocked with drinks, water bottles, snacks, makeup removers, salon quality shampoo/conditioner, s’more kit … everything we needed was there. There were sirens every night but we were also close to a hospital which could explain some of that. We never felt unsafe. Would stay here again.

Everything as described and much more

One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. Everything was immaculate down to the snacks and wine that greeted you as you walked in to the special make up towels for the girls in the bathrooms. Very comfortable and as my wife but it just like a magnolia house w the decor and attention to detail. This property will not disappoint. Five stars ….

Charming and perfect

We absolutely adored this home and the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and Sabrina was so responsive and thoughtful. The home is older but is so charming and comfortable. The mattresses were great. We drove up at night in the dark and all the lights were on and it was seriously magical. Probably my favorite VRBO stay yet. Just perfect. I hope to be back again soon!!
