Sauvignon Beach 30A is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom tranquil beach vacation home located in laid back Blue Mountain Beach within the Highland Park neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches just a bike ride away or the complimentary heated resort style private community pool and whirlpool hot tub with a fire pit and covered seating area to relax while you barbecue on the outdoor grills. For a stunning view of the Gulf, climb the 360-degree observatory tower to watch the sunset.
Blue Mountain Beach boasts a low-key and relaxing vibe with Blue Mountain Creamery's homemade ice cream, Cowgirl Kitchen, Mimmo's and Redfish Village shops within walking distance.
Relax with two King master suites with private baths, two queen beds and one bunk room with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space that opens to an outdoor covered porch. Guests have access to the entire home and pool amenities. AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Highland Park is the newest neighborhood and referred to an the "Envy of 30A" in Blue Mountain Beach. HP features a gorgeous private neighborhood pool with waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, and 360- degree observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and surrounded by great eateries and unique local shops. Highland Park is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites the infamous Red Bar, The Perfect Pig, Mimmos's, Cafe 30A, Great Southern Cafe and the Cowgirl Kitchen. Check out the local artists at Gulf Place and The Shard Shop located in Grayton.
GOLF CART: Discounted weekly Golf Cart rental (dependent on availability) Contact provided after booking.
Covenants and Rules: • Must complete and sign rental agreement, bike waiver and guest list that will be emailed to renter. • We can accommodate 3 vehicles and one golf cart. Only golf cart permitted in garage. • When at the pool all attendees must have and wear the approved pool wristbands. Only registered guests are permitted in the pool facility. • No unregistered guests permitted in the home. Please notify of any visitors in advance. • N0 smoking/vaping permitted inside home, garage or on porches. We ask that if you do smoke, you do so outside only and please dispose of butts in the garbage. $1500 cleaning fee if smoking in home. • ***We regret that Assistance Animals cannot be accommodated due to allergies/asthma.*** No pets/animals permitted. $750 cleaning fee and removal from property if pet is found in home.

Outdoor cameras are on property for the security of our home. They are located as an Arlo doorbell, above garage and side of home so we can ensure home is secure while we are not present.

The property was exactly what our family needed and wanted. Perfect layout for the nine of us - 6 adults and 3 kids. Danica was available for us at all times if needed, the house was completely supplied with everything, and the location was convenient to many beaches and restaurants. Perfection!
This home was absolutely perfect for our Spring Break. With 2 Adults and 5 teenagers, the layout was perfect with plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. Great location to beach with a short golf cart ride and walking distance from the awesome pool. Home came equipped with every necessity needed and was very organized and spotless. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay here again in future.

Our favorite house to date!
We have been coming to the Destin area as a family for the last 25 years and this was our favorite house by far!! It had everything we needed and more for our family of 11! We wouldn’t have needed to bring beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and so much more! They have thought of everything! We had one small issue and it was addressed and remedied promptly and Danica couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with!! I highly recommend this property!!

Perfection!!
How lucky were we to be the first guests and this amazing NEW home. It had absolutely everything you could imagine needing, obviously stocked by a perfectionist who should sell her list to anyone opening a new property. The decor was straight out of Southern Living and top quality. Extra bonus was tons of beach toys, delux beach chairs and bikes. The community pool area was a nice bonus on a windy day when beach was not an option. Our favorite was the private back porch with lounge set to enjoy at the end of the day in the morning with coffee. I recommend you bring extra trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent if you plan on doing multiple loads. The house come stocked with two of each, and we needed more.
I’ve rented over a dozen properties all along 30A, and I would not hesitate to rent this one again!

A pristine gem!
My family and my sister’s family (10 of us altogether) rented this home for a week. We were all so impressed by the cleanliness, space and decor of the home. It’s next to perfect! The beds were all more than comfortable, TV’s all worked beautifully, the kitchen is stocked with very nice appliances and kitchenware and we had no problems with anything! The bikes were a plus for sure as well. Our 4 teens used them almost daily. :) Not one complaint about the home. Danica was very easy and pleasant to work with and when we visit 30A again, we will return!

We brought our family and kids friends (teenagers) for a week vacation. Communication prior to arrival was fantastic with Danica the owner. The house was in brand new condition, and every amenity was provided. Very well thought out! We had a golf cart for the week, and there are 2 very close beaches we visited. Great restaurants nearby, and our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great beach house!
This was our 9th year renting along 30A and this house is tops on our list! The house was conveniently located between 2 perfect beach accesses (parking, restrooms, lifeguards), a little over a mile in either direction. We drove (less than 5 minutes) to the beach because a member of our group had a broken foot and it was just easier with chairs and umbrellas! As long as we were there by 9:30am or so, had no trouble finding parking close to the access. The pool area was perfection, as well. We loved dreaming of coming back in the fall to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit area! The house had comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, bikes, games and a perfect layout for 2 families to be very comfortable. The neighborhood was super cute and almost has a San Francisco vibe with hills and curves. Our group of 8 highly recommends Sauvignon Beach 30A!

Sauvingnon 30A was just the right place to enjoy a sunny Florida spring break.
Danica was a friendly, attentive host. She responded quickly to all communication and handled all questions and concerns immediately. The property was a new construction so everything was shiny and brand new. The high ceilings make it feel very grand. The house was set up nicely to meet the needs of 2 families. I appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, with soft linens and bedding, that I took note of to purchase for myself! Danica had pool and beach toys available. The gas grill made for easy meals. The neighborhood is family friendly and walkable. The pool is just a hop skip and a jump away and trails are too. Be sure to read the rules of the community, such as no towels over porch rails and adherence to wearing wristbands while using the pool. It was our first time staying on 30A. It is a special place with so much to see and do. We either came at a very busy time or it's always busy so plan accordingly. Traffic is a problem making traveling from end to end of 30A take an hour plus. Most restaurants were booked out days in advance for dinner. Many people also used golf carts to get around, which would have been great to have. When we tried to book they were all booked up as well. Things to plan for next time we visit. Having the 4 bikes available was a blessing! We will certainly be back to 30 A though. The beach and ocean were amazing! Many thanks to Danica for helping make our spring break a memorable one.
