Set back on a quiet Cul de Sac of Pelican Shores Circle, you and your family can get that much-needed peace and quiet while still being mere minutes from the action of this area. With a perfect bayfront location, there will be no delay in slipping right into vacation mode as you sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the screened lanai boasting beautiful views of the water. Hop into the full kitchen and take advantage of all of the appliances of home to whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Not to mention, the free WiFi and cable TV in the living room will provide more than enough entertainment when days come to a close!

Located one-and-a-half miles North of the Englewood Public Beach, restaurants, and shops, the house is just a short trip to the mainland for other shopping and points north and south. While in the area, be sure to grab a bite to eat from local favorites such as SandBar Tiki & Grille, White Elephant Pub, or Lock 'N Key Restaurant. You can also gaze at the glorious sunsets over Manasota Key. For a change of scenery, head to the far end of the island and check out the beautiful trails at Stump Pass Beach State Park. Don't hesitate to make your way inland to downtown Englewood for even more city fun!

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to Hurricane Ian the screen patios have been destroyed. They are currently being rebuilt but may not be complete for your arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we try to rebuild.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
