This unique two story three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,800 square feet of living space and spacious porch and is easy walking distance from the beach, indoor and outdoor pools and fitness center.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and one full bath. Other features include a ½ bath adjacent to the living area, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

***Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration $55 plus tax. The additional vehicle will also need to pay $55 plus tax. Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off property.
