Great view

Place was clean and as described. Great view and amenities on the property. Did message host about an item left behind without response but was able to resolve by contacting resort check in desk. Screened in porch was nice and had a great view. Would visit again!

Little Getaway

I loved waking up to the lake everyday. We had a teenage with us and she slept out in the recliner on the screened in porch every night she loved the sound so much. Had a lot of kitchen appliances available. We loved staying here. A little out the way but worth it.

check in was not as fart as normal had to go to club house 5 miles from where we stayed we had a two year old and the floor was very dirty his feet were black no channels on the tv for him to watch

2025 Memorial Weekend

Needed additional towels and wash towels Called for help for the master bedroom tv no remote and it took management the next day and a half Location and the views of the river were beautiful! Loved the screened-in back patio !Master bedroom mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Wonderful parking and plenty of parking space Managed by Thousand Hills to our knowledge because that’s where you check in.

We love staying at Pointe Royal. This condo was perfect for our 4 night stay. The kids always love the pool and I love sitting in the screened in porch enjoying the views.Check in was a little different (typically just check in at the community gate) as this time we had to stop at Thousand Hills main office. Easy enough and it was quick. The only bummer of our stay- the dryer. Think someone should look into this as it took 4-5 cycles to dry a SMALL load of towels. And when you’re always at the pool, towels are important. Regardless we would definitely recommend this particular condo.

First off Maintenance and staff were very attentive to our needs. The condo was/is in need of an update. The pictures are not a good representation of the property age. Had to ask for someone to come clean the floors. Even after a cleaning our socks still turned black. We suspect the rugs were the cause. Front room couch is worn out. Picture of screened porch very small. Photo makes it look much larger. Dryer not working well, auto dry did not work.

Beautiful view on the river

Overall, our stay was lovely. The location was nice. Everything at the condo was nice except the linens are very grungy brown in color. We weren't sure if they were supposed to be tan or white also full of stains. The beds were comfortable and the sheets you knew were clean but also they were very gray or brown in color and I think supposed to be white the patio cushions were also in need of replacement or washed, they were incredibly stained, and we had to sit on towels out on the patio. But great view on the patio.!

First of all, it started out that we didn't know We had to go to the clubhouse to check in.The second bedroom had a hard mattress, which felt like you were sleeping on springs. There was no hot water to take a shower in the second bedroom. The plug for the tub, it would not work.So of course, we could not use the jet tub.The dryer would not dry clothes.And the people above us, need to be more considerate of the people below. At seven or seven thirty in the morning, they were stomping through the condo dragging chairs and at times it felt like they were in the same room with us as loud as they were.Overall the condo was nice and we had a great view of the water. We love the screened Inn porch. It was a good place to sit out and have coffee in the morning.
