Downstairs is open plan living with plenty of seating for everyone, kitchen bar seating, multiple sofas and chairs and a separate large family dining area.

How much you use the dining table depends entirely on how often you prefer to eat outside as there is also a dining table with umbrella available for all the family outside and sun loungers for your private use.

You can also experience alfresco dining with a view of the pool & green surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days and the cost for heat is $35 for each night. If during the course of your stay you decide to purchase pool heat, then there may be an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system.

It is therefore always best to let us know in advance if you would prefer a heated pool during your stay as we can plan and organize this at no additional cost.

Utilities costs in Florida are high and during winter the cost of heating a pool from start up to operating temperature (which can take approximately 24 hours, sometimes longer), costs between $70 and $120 depending on the nature of the specific pool setup.

Where a home has a spa, unless specifically highlighted otherwise, the spa is not heated separately to the pool. Spas operate at the same temperature as the pool water and are interconnected systems. Hot tubs are different and only available in some homes. Where this is the case it will be clearly stated.

**Pool Heat**

Pool heating is $30 plus taxes with a minimum of 5 nights and must be booked for the entire stay unless your stay is more than 14 nights.

Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival. Where
booked later than this or closer to arrival, there will be an activation fee of $35.
