This condo features a single, luxurious bedroom that seamlessly blends into the living and kitchen area (Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher... Utensils, dishes and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors! We also provide: coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.), creating an open and airy space.
The bedroom, furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed, is a haven of comfort and tranquility. When privacy is desired, the bedroom can easily be enclosed from the rest of the condo with sliding doors, offering a flexible living solution.
The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor that complements the modern aesthetic of the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and sleek design elements. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this kitchen is a delight for any culinary enthusiast.
PIER 211 boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, adding an extra layer of convenience and luxury to your stay. The en-suite bathroom in the bedroom is a private sanctuary, complete with high-quality fixtures and indulgent L'Occitane products, offering an exclusive experience. The additional bathroom ensures that guests have ample space and privacy.

There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. Itâs perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.
The building has 24-hour security staff.
Guest Access:
Situated on the 2nd floor of the PIER 57 building, PIER 211 offers guests easy access to the building's shared amenities, such as a gym, a rooftop pool and communal areas. The condo's location within the building provides both privacy and convenience, allowing you to fully enjoy your urban retreat.
Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or in the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.
The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and terrace rooftop.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
