Nestled in the heart of Old Town Park City, the Park City Empire 4-Bedroom retreat offers the perfect all-season getaway. Enjoy a short stroll to Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street, and a variety of shops and restaurants. With the free shuttle stop just minutes away, exploring Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and beyond has never been easier. Experience mountain adventures and vibrant town life all in one!

This four-level property features a spacious 2,282 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to ten guests.

Entrance to the home is via the front door or garage door into the home, which will place you one floor below the main living area, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. This space has numerous windows to bring in lots of natural light throughout.

Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings, including a comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you will find terrific views of Old Town Park City, a BBQ grill and outdoor furnishings.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous stone countertops and wrap around kitchen bar has seating for six.

Dining Room: The charming dining area has seating for six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, the private bath has a walk-in closet, stone counters, a spacious tub/shower combo. Access the private patio for some fresh mountain air. This room is located one level down from entry level.
Bedroom 2 —King size bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom offering a large tiled shower. The adjacent patio has a soothing private hot tub. This room is located entry level, one level below the kitchen and living space.
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower. You'll also have a private patio space. This room is located one level down from entry level.

Great family ski vacation

We had 2 families with 5 total kids for 2 days of skiing at Park City and one at Deer Valley. The location was perfect for getting to Park City base (about 3 city blocks) where there is also a bus stop to Main Street and Deer Valley. The property was well stocked with essentials and clean. Check in and check out were seamless and the company was responsive to requests. The property is 4 stories so be prepared for some stairs and is uphill so the walk home after skiing is tiring. But other than that was very easy. The hot tub broke while we were there but the company was responsive and quick to send out maintenance. Overall a great location for families or a group trip!

Prime Location! Great Set-up!

Our friends had a wonderful time staying here. Prime location to walk to the mountain as well as downtown, so it worked for the skiers and the non-skiers. The layout was great for our group, the listing is accurate and the place was clean. Prompt responses when I had some questions leading up to our stay! Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Christmas in Park City

We spent Christmas here with our adult children and their significant others, a total of 8 adults. The house was perfect for us. The upper level was a great gathering place. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. A two block walk to the base village of Park City mountain made it super convenient. Downtown was also walkable from the house. Overall a great experience.

Perfect location

Stayed with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is in great location between Park City Mountain resort and downtown PC. Short 5-8 minute walk either way. The WiFi was great and comfortably supported two kids in virtual school and adult remote work at the same time. The house is well stocked- had plenty of cooking supplies for us to use, the bedrooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again on a return visit to PC.

Great Location

Property was very nice. Great location. Easy walk to town and slopes. We skied every day we were there at PC and simply walked to base. House was clean. Hot tub did not work and it is pretty small, but we survived without it. Kitchen well stocked. We had groceries delivered for our breakfasts and didn't want or need for any supplies. One of the beds is smaller than stated in description, so if we would have needed that bedroom for another couple it would have been an issue. Says it is a queen, but definitely a full size in one of the main floor ensuite bedrooms. Lots of stairs, so elderly/babies/young kids might have and issue. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Water line break in an otherwise nice home

When we arrived at the home we I'm noticed a strange odor - but we assumed the home had just been cleaned and didn't think too much about it. It was late and the kids wanted to eat and get in the hot tub. The hot tub is very very small - one adult and 2 children were almost too many. The home itself is nicely decorated but old. After the hot tub we found that there was no hot water. I called the management company first thing the next morning about the lack of hot water. To their credit they sent a maintenance guy within the hour. Unfortunately he found a very bad water line break in the basement - which was the cause of the unusual odor and the lack of hot water. We spent the next several hours working with the management company to get us moved to another home. It was an unfortunate experience that caused us to lose half a day of the kids vacation - but not the fault of anyone in particular. I do wonder when the home was last cleaned since it appeared the water line had been broken for some time.

Nice views and location, but could have been better if: — there was a larger sitting area, or at least a few more comfortable chairs. Too small for 4 bedroom house. — the hot tub had worked when we arrived — the lock combo had worked when we arrived — there weren’t crumbs in the sofa when we arrived — there had been a place to put recycling, and a few additional plastic bags. — the plumbing fixtures in one of the bathrooms worked better (too loose), and the big step into the bathtub is not fun after skiing. — normal doors on the bathrooms — sliding, translucent bathroom doors are not cool if you are trying to avoid waking up your partner — mattresses were more comfortable

Perfect location!

The location was ideal as it's walking distance of the slopes and downtown! We never needed a car. The house was beautiful and had great views from the top/main floor. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with so many kitchen gadgets that you usually don't find in most property rentals. There were 8 girls in our group and the house was plenty of space for us. We would totally stay here again!

Great house, great service, great location

We have rented various homes in Park City over the years and this is definitely at the top of the list. We usually have to buy supplies like soap, coffee, etc but here, they had everything. Spices, cooking oil, nice quality pots, pans, knives. Felt like a home away from home. Additionally, Jeff was great leading up to the trip and Courtney was very responsive via text while we were there. Great experience. Highly recommend this house.

AMAZING

Such an awesome place! Everything was spot on to what was said in the info. Short little walk to town and the slopes. The house itself has every little detail covered and made for magnificent and comfortable stay. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the Park City area . Also, Jeff the owner is very prompt when responding to any emails or questions that we had!

The home was very clean, spacious and the decor was fabulous!

What an impressive place to take our family for a little getaway. The home was perfect for our needs. It had a very spacious kitchen, living room and overall space for entertaining on the 4th floor was perfect. There was plenty of bedroom space and lounge space. The balconies on each level made it beautiful. The decorations were artistic and fit the style of the home. We thank you and look forward to vacationing there again.
