KBM Resorts is proud to represent Nastar - Lowell 1155, a spacious Townhome just blocks from Park City Mountain Resort & historic Main Street. This 4-bedroom (plus additional loft), 4-bath is an ideal property for corporate retreat or Family reunion. The living room has all the comforts for seating your entire group while you snuggle up to the crackling Wood Fireplace & watch your favorite shows on the big screen television. In the warmer months, sit on the deck & soak up spectacular mountain views, Old Town & The Aerie. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in the private hot tub, gazing out at views of the mountain slope. Within this 2,580-square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 12 in beds, 13 with a sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: You will enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware & cookware you expect from a luxury residence. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, a gas BBQ is located right outside the kitchen. There is a large wood dining table set for six & bar seating at the kitchen island.

Living: Enter into the open living room, under an exposed second-level loft, where your Family can lounge on the sofas & chairs, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen smart television. Gather around the stone wood-burning Fireplace, which adds warmth & a romantic mood to the room, under high ceilings & stately exposed wood beams.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the top floor features a beautiful log-style king-size bed. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks & a modern Walk-in shower & soaker tub.

Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom is on the top floor & features a queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom is on the lower level & features a queen-size bed.

Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom is on the lower level & features a bunk bed with a twin-size over queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a full bathroom.

Loft: The loft provides additional sleep space with a bunk bed (twin-size over double-size bed, with a twin-size trundle pull-out) & a twin bed. There is another bathroom with a Walk-in shower on the main level by the kitchen for the bunk room guests to use. Bedrooms all feature warm duvets & luxury 400-thread-count linens. Bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, & a hairdryer.

Cooling: The residence has central air conditioning.

Parking: The residence features a one-car garage for guest use. Additional parking is possible, if available, on the private entrance road.

Great space and location

We stayed with a group of 9 friends for my husbands 40th. The house had great space for all of us and did not feel cramped at all. The location is also fantastic. You can walk down to the slopes in about 5 mins (the walk up is doable but definitely up hill!). Similarly, we walked down to main street a few times (15min walk up/down stairs), or hopped a quick 5 min uber. Beds were comfortable. All in all a great trip.

It was a nice property for 7 adults. Plenty of space, hot tub was nice. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped lacked spatulas and a large skillet, hard to cook eggs for 7 in a 6 inch skillet. But overall was a great place, good location.

Large House for friends

Property was great, plenty of beds. Super walkable to downtown and on the backside mountain for added privacy. Hot tub was great and kitchen properly stocked.

We are all experienced skiers. Everything was perfect. KBM was great unbelievably supportive and available. The unit was perfectly maintained very close to the mountain. Everything that they said it was and more we loved every minute would definitely go back.

Great stay for a group

Our group of 11 friends stayed at this house and a great stay. Best of all was the location (walking distance to everything) and the big open kitchen and living room. Plus it includes 1 garage space, but plenty of street parking right outside if you have multiple cars. Some of the rooms are on the smaller side and share a bathroom, while there are 2 ensuites upstairs - so as long as your group is okay that it, or you have a family with children, it's a great stay.

Choose this one!

With so many properties to consider, stop looking and choose this one! It has everything you need. While we weren’t in town to ski, the location is a short walk to the base of the Park City ski area. Historic downtown is walkable as well-if you’re fit. (Property is on a hill!) The house is spacious and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were fluffy. It was VERY clean. Book it!

Great house, some confusing parts

So overall this house was great, and I hate to say anything, but I think it's important for future folks to know. The location is great, although you should know it is NOT a ski in ski out, especially if you have kids or older folks. The walk up and down the stairs and down the street is a lot. Now they do offer parking at the base and we had to run shutttles down. Also, the house is very nice and kitchen fully stocked. There are however no games or anything there but a deck of cards. Thank goodness we travel with lots of stuff, but if you don't you'll be lost of things to do but a deck of cards. As for communication, I had to call and email several times, first because they never charged my second payment. I reached out to vrbo and they said contact the place. They told me they had switched payment companies and it was missed (and that I was honest for calling!) and they took my credit card over the phone. Then I had to reach out the day before because we received NOTHING about check in . She responded with a code and that was it. THEN halfway through our stay I got emails about my second payment and my check in instructions (when we had been there for 4 days already). I'm guessing that they had their reservation systems screwed up as well. I emailed again and they didn't have much of a reply except "well the second payment was always due through us" no mention of their screw up with check in instructions, etc. So overall a 4 star due to the issues with company.

Amazing family rental & so close to slopes

We had a fantastic stay at this home and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to walk down to the slopes! Also for a family of 8 adults and 8 children we never felt too overcrowded in the home and had lots of sleeping space for all!

Beautiful Park City

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. Lots of common space with the kitchen, dining and living areas. There are a lot of stairs, but that was ok for us. Easy check-in and out, and great communication with the owners. Great place!

Awesome place and awesome location!

Cannot beat this place for the price. Super clean and nice with a great layout on the first floor for a big group (very open flow from kitchen to dining area to living room). Location was a short walk down hill to the main park city lifts and then you can ski in to the back of the house directly from King’s Crown. It was also only about 10ish minute walk to down town. Nicely stocked kitchen. Only request would be to add a slow cooker!

We had such a good stay at this house and it fit our group of 16 perfectly! It was also an amazing location very close to the base of the mountain - you can even ski down to the house directly if you want. We’d definitely come back!

Park City Skiing

This house is located a short 5 minute walk from the ski lift and a 10 minute walk into town. It is well stocked with linens, toilet paper, shampoos, soaps. The hot tub is just outside the back door and wonderful apre' ski. The check-in, check-out process was seamless and the property managers were very easy to work with. We recommend this to any large group or family looking for a great location to stay and ski in Park City.

Fantastic Place for 3 families and kids!

This house was absolutely fantastic... an amazing location with lots of nice amenities tucked away on a private drive off the main road. Walking distance to park city village center and the downtown scene. The house was immaculate and clean with tons of amenities. Hot tub, grill, wood burning fireplace with tons of wood, plenty of household items, storage, and felt right at home. Highly recommend, and would stay again.
