This breathtaking new ground level apartment is in the heart of the Historic District. Enjoy gorgeous designer finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The place was very clean and truly felt like a home away from home! The only downside to the property is that you can hear every single movement made from the people above, so just take that into consideration when booking. We would definitely stay again!

Comoda la possibilità del parcheggio sia nel garage che sulla strada di fronte alla proprietà.Pulizia buona, ma non ottimale (il divano, il materasso del divano letto ed i cuscini del divano purtroppo non all'altezza della pulizia complessiva della struttura).Nel complesso tuttavia è soluzione che consiglierei senza alcun dubbio.Roberto

Great space with quick access to downtown

The house looks exactly like the photos. Very clean. Easy walk to downtown - less than a mile. Having garage parking is a plus. Garage is a touch small so it is hard to get in and out. But overall 10/10 stay!

What an awesome place to stay

Wow what an awesome place to stay when staying in Savannah! I would stay here over and over. Right in the middle of everything you want to see and do and plenty of street parking if your vehicle is too large for the garage. Highly recommend!

Every thing was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Everything we could possibly need. Comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee available. Very spacious and welcoming.We easily parked on the street outside. Easy walking distance to most places of interest and restaurants. And quiet.Will will stay again in the future.

The property was exactly as listed. Fantastic location and walkable to nearly all activities, bars, restaurants, etc. The on site parking and garage was a huge benefit. We loved that the rooms were newly renovated, well furnished, and everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and clean

Clean and perfect size for a couple. This was a quick, one night stay. The apartment was ground level and having a garage spot was a perfect addition. Ample space and comfortable furniture. Any communication we had was responded too in good time. The ONLY negative is the thin insulation between levels. Unfortunately we could hear any and all sounds, footsteps, and voices above us.

Close to it all but away from the noise

This is a super clean, beautiful place just on the edge of the historic district. Very walkable to everything there, but away from the crowds. It’s on a busy street, but we didn’t notice the traffic noise at all. There can be noise from people walking around upstairs, but it wasn’t bad. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Recommended to Other Family Members

Very comfortable apartment in a nice location on Liberty Street. Within walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Perfect place for a visit to the Historic District. The garage parking is tight and really only accessible to a sub-compact car but street parking was fine and we were able to find a spot every night outside the unit or across the street. We recommended the place to other family members for a November stay later this year.

Super location, Excellent accommodations, parking included.

We really can’t say enough good things about this place because it’s a great value, it’s in a great location, and with off-street parking, it’s really hard to beat. We also really liked the terrace area between the garage and the apartment for reading and enjoying the great outdoors.The ONLY thing we caution, for prospective renters, is the question of how tolerant you are of sounds from the upstairs unit and how well you can sleep. Savannah has a strict noice ordinance starting at 9pm, but says nothing about dog barking, or paper-thin insulation between floors. In our case, for two of the four nights we stayed, our upstairs guests were hardly the “ideal guests”. And perhaps they didn’t know how much noise they made but you could hear every footstep, every bark (they had two dogs- sometimes as late at 11:20pm, early before 7am) and even their use of the bathroom (from urinating to flushing the toilet; the dripping sound of the bathtub and every flush) When the upstairs guests left, and my wife and I realized we weren’t hearing Dumbo walk around on our third evening, it was sheer pleasure. The rest of the neighborhood is VERY quiet. So, if you’re a sound sleeper, this is the place for you. It’s extremely comfortable and I know you will enjoy your stay.

Wonderful Stay

A great spot for a romantic getaway for a couple. The apartment is newer construction that fits perfectly in historic Savannah. Great list of amenities in a very comfortable space that fit our needs perfectly. Liberty Str is right in the heart of the historic district, with so much to see just a short walk from this home base. We are experienced travelers and loved our stay on Liberty Street!!
