From our rooftop pool terrace observe the Pacific Ocean as you enjoy your meals, have great conversations with family and/or friends. We have been in Huatulco for 13 years and this is our favorite destination. The 36 beaches, 9 bays and the people of Huatulco are Most Extraordinary! Enjoy the entire home 5,500 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths home, with a rooftop pool and entertainment area, with breathtaking views. The sliding doors and windows allow the ocean breezes and sounds to come to you.

We are fully air conditioned, and we also have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and Huanacaxtle wood cabinetry for your use. This makes for the perfect family/friends/solo getaway vacation spot in the tranquil community setting of La Bocana Beach.

Villa La Nena Rubio is also a disabled friendly home, with an entrance ramp and a four stop elevator.

Additional cleaning fee USD100 for every two (2) week stay.

**Should you require more personal attention, such as clothes washing, unpacking and extra support in the kitchen - if available, and requested in advance, we can request an extra helper - USD30/day fee. Outside Professional Laundry service is also available. Prices vary.

Grocery store is 6.8 miles away, therefore, we offer pantry stocking head of your arrival so you make the most of your get-away time. Please request shopping list to be emailed to you.

Note: The home has regularly scheduled maintenance, such as: pool , elevator, gas tank, gas equipment, etc. Access to the home for scheduled maintenance/emergency repair people (with our supervision), is mandatory. Upon Reserving, Guest is agreeing to grant access to regularly scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
