The Amanecer Development offers the benefits of its large oceanfront pool as well as a secondary pool located next to the beach access staircase, leading down to the sands of Arrocito Beach. Here guests can enjoy comfortable swimming conditions and access to the popular Ocean Bar & Grill restaurant.

This property has been tastefully appointed with beautiful interiors that not only provide a comfortable living space but also offer a luxurious backdrop for your stay on the coast. The shared central space offers a stunning lounge area where guests can enjoy time relaxing indoors and access to the unit's Smart TV. The dining table provides comfortable seating for 6, in addition to the breakfast bar seating that overlooks the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to offer everything guests may need to enjoy wonderful meals together.

The private outdoor spaces include the main terrace located off the living area where you will find lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 4. The bedroom terraces each include lounge chairs where guests can enjoy their morning coffee while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Finally, the private rooftop terrace provides chaise loungers, outdoor sofas and a BBQ grill.

• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to secure travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote.
