Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, Amanecer J3 is a stylishly appointed condo offering the best in luxury beachside living with direct beach access and walking distance to one of Huatulco's most loved restaurants. Its penthouse location not only provides a spectacular rooftop lounge but also incredible unobstructed ocean views that can be enjoyed from multiple outdoor lounge areas.

Please Note: This property has a minimum age requirement of 16 years and a 4-night minimum stay requirement.

The Amanecer Development offers the benefits of its large oceanfront pool as well as a secondary pool located next to the beach access staircase, leading down to the sands of Arrocito Beach. Here guests can enjoy comfortable swimming conditions and access to the popular Ocean Bar & Grill restaurant.

This property has been tastefully appointed with beautiful interiors that not only provide a comfortable living space but also offer a luxurious backdrop for your stay on the coast. The shared central space offers a stunning lounge area where guests can enjoy time relaxing indoors and access to the unit's Smart TV. The dining table provides comfortable seating for 6, in addition to the breakfast bar seating that overlooks the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to offer everything guests may need to enjoy wonderful meals together.

The private outdoor spaces include the main terrace located off the living area where you will find lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 4. The bedroom terraces each include lounge chairs where guests can enjoy their morning coffee while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Finally, the private rooftop terrace provides chaise loungers, outdoor sofas and a BBQ grill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My 67 year dad and I stayed here for 3 days. We both loved it, but the only thing that was troubling for him was not having railings in the stairways. After his knee replacements, he feels unstable. Everything else was amazing though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tom’s place was beautifully decorated and the view was fabulous. Lots of stairs so one needs to have Good mobility. Nice pools - generally quiet and the beach is right there as well which is great for snorkeling. There is also a restaurant right on the beach. Town is a 5 min cab ride or 30 min walk.

GREAT VIEW WITH MANY STAIRS

The view was magnificent. The condo was wonderful. However to get to it there was a long hill and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs WITH NO RAILING. Every time we wanted to go out...to swim in the pool, to shop for food etc we had to climb up and down the stairs. This was just to the apartment. The pool was another set of stairs, and the ocean was another 60 stairs to climb down and up to.

From a safety standpoint, it is important to note that the stairwell is enclosed/walled in. That said, we appreciate your comments so we can better support future groups!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property. The staff keeps the whole place in great shape. The unit we stayed in had great views, and was kept comfortable by the ocean breezes and occasional A/C use. We knew that it would be a climb to get to the place, which it is. It didn't bother us, but this is probably not a good choice for someone with serious health issues.
