About the car, we dont know what you mean about the car not neing appripiate for going to the beaches. Our provider has different cars. In high season all are them are boked. Maybe if you would specify you wanted to go to beaches with not an easy access we should have tried to get you a truck. All he beaches in Huatulco has access for cars and the other ones not close from here also can be reached by a regular car. Again, thank you so much and we hope to see you soon! Dear Roberto, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience, as expressed to you privately, we are very sorry for the unexpected incident that occurred with your Mom as a result of an electrical outage in the region. A thorough inspection and repair has been completed by the property manager and as compensation, your requested refund was granted in full. We appreciate that you gave our team a positive review and would recommend the villa to other travellers. Through I understand you were understandably upset, we hope our commitment to seeing this process through with you highlights the value of working with an agency where we have the power to advocate on your behalf. Regarding your additional comments, we understand that services upgrades are not for all groups and many enjoy the experience of shopping in the local grocery stores. The process of how the pantry stocking service works was described in advance of your stay and groceries stocked by our team are not marked-up, as evidence by the associated receipts provided. That said, you're right that sometimes cheaper alternatives can be found if you're doing your own shopping and are open to substitutes! Our goal is to work with guests on creating the vision for their vacation that they want, and every group is different! Finally, beach access from the property is FREE, however as described in the listing, if you would like to use the Resort Pools and Restaurant, purchasing a day pass is required. The cost is $50 USD/person per day, with $40 USD returning to you as a food and beverage credit. All that said, we truly appreciate your candid feedback so we have an opportunity to respond and review our processes with the goal of improving our services and approach with guests.
