Condo was clean and very spacious for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable and our favorite part about it all was the huge balcony that overlooked the pass. Pool and Hot Tub was Amazing. Beach was further than expected walk but was very doable.

Loved the view from the patio!!!

Our stay was amazing! The view from the patio was gorgeous at all times of the day and we loved the condo we stayed in. My family is already talking about coming back next year!

Very excellent customer service and property!

very clean, a little outdated pots/pans and utensils, but they made it very simple for us and the view was beautiful. the private beach was PERFECT for the kiddos. very quiet and their management team went above and beyond for us!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Destin. We had a great location. The view from the balcony was out of this world. We hung out nightly enjoying the boats and the beach..

Family get together

This place was amazing! Close to everything we needed. Just the emotionally relaxing place we desperately needed. Real Joy management company was absolutely fantastic with communication and took excellent care of us!

Nice Condo

Beautiful view from Balcony! Missed close beach access for the kids and hot tub was not working until the last two days we were there. Roomy condo and would recommend. Views of the sand and water from the pool were perfect.

Very nice condo on the water with plenty of room for 6 adults. Area was not overly busy the week between Christmas & New Year. A very relaxing week.

Relaxing stay with great views

We had a relaxing trip. The condo had great views from all balconies. We enjoyed that it was further away from the main strip. My teenage daughter and friend wanted to be closer to town. We rented them bikes and it was a short bike ride for them to meet up with friends. We liked how the beaches by the hotel were not as busy as the beaches off the main road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking View

Propery was amazing. Only complaint was rug weren't vacuumed, dirty pullup ubder master bed and balcony wasn't clean. But the view was AMAZING, BREATHTAKING. The location PERFECT.

End of Summer

This was our 3rd time at this facility. Check in is always a breeze. The view was exceptional. Only wish Mother Nature would have been cooperative with weather. The unit has everything you would expect. Only issue we had was some of the electrical outlets did not work, but we worked around it as we were not going to let that distract us from the view. We are looking forward to our next visit in the future.
