Situated at the base of Mt. Alyeska in picturesque Girdwood Alaska, Alpine Apartment is a luxurious rustic modern space with sweeping mountain and forest views. Its located in a quiet setting just half mile from all the action at Alyeska Resort and many other great Girdwood attractions. The large 1-BR 1-BA 840sqft space complete with 3beds(1-King bed, 1-Futon, 1-Pullout Couch) that can sleep/entertain up to 6 (4 adults/2 children)people. It includes a spacious front patio area complete with BBQ and Hot Tub!! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the unmatched beauty that Alaska has to offer.

Hot Tub Rules!!!!:
Tub use hours (8am - 10pm)
1) Rinse off in shower before getting in tub.
2) Do not use spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3) No eating, drinking, or smoking in tub.
4) No children under the age of 5 allowed in hot tub. (per CDC guidelines)
5) No children under the age of 12 allowed in tub without an adult.
6) No glass containers of any kind in or around tub.
7) Be sure to add spa shock chemical to filter area after every use (follow instructions on container). Let jets run for a few min after to allow for proper mixing.

USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Renter agrees with rental of this property to not hold owner liable for any injuries occurring during use.

- The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No animals are allowed at this property without special approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall not engage in any illegal activity. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Early check-in may be available for your reservation, you will need to request that in advance. If it's available, you will be notified after inquiry has been made. Late check-out is offered whenever possible, but is also by request.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- No Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to or missing items from the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage/theft occur during occupancy. If damage is deemed to be extensive, additional charges may be incurred to renters card.

Parking :
One spot in driveway is included in rental. Parking spot is located on the left side as you enter the property, please use spot closest to the road.

Kitchen and Bathroom Towels :
Both kitchen and bath towels are supplied for usage during your stay. Please do not use supplied towels to clean messes or remove makeup. Paper towels and tissues are supplied for those purposes.
