Family and pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath charmer tucked away in the Candlewood Condominiums complex in McCall. A short stroll to Davis Beach on Payette Lake and a few minutes farther to Ponderosa State Park where guests can hike, bike, and boat during the summer and Nordic ski and snowshoe during the winter. Ten minutes from backcountry access into the beautiful Payette National Forest and five minutes to Little Payette Lake for trout fishing. The property is just over a mile from downtown McCall and Legacy Park, public beach, marina, and boat launch and is just across the road from the Golden Glove Fairway Park and playground.

Relax in an air conditioned, spacious living room with propane fireplace and rugged rock hearth. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and plenty of prep space and a dedicated dining area as well as counter seating. Living, kitchen, and dining area are located downstairs as well as a guest bath. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms - the master suite has a king bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. The upstairs hall access bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
