Conveniently located in the city limit of McCall and right next to the McCall Golf Course, this home is new to the rental market, so everything in the home is new! The house has a two story, open floor plan that leads out to a backyard with a private hot tub, BBQ, firepit and dining table. Sit outside surrounded by a professionally landscaped yard and look out to the forest and trails that run just behind the home. Feel like taking a walk or bike ride after dinner? Not a problem! Step into the forest behind the house and walk or bike to town. Also, outside the quiet cul-de-sac where this home is located, there is a bike path that travels into Spring Mountain Ranch, Ponderosa State Park and beyond.

This house comfortably sleeps six with the ability to sleep eight for an extra fee. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms – Master with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and door to the backyard; Queen bed guestroom; and bunk room with 4 single beds. The kitchen is very well stocked with amply number of dishes, a crockpot, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes and plenty of wine glasses!

Need some extra hangout space? In the large upstairs loft, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa, sizeable TV and a shuffleboard table! There is also a desk and chair for those who need to get a little work done while still enjoying the woods.

During the winter months, a Nordic ski wonderland is right outside the door. Don't forget - you are only a short drive to downtown and all of the fun festivities of Winter Carnival. Plus, McCall boasts two terrific ski resorts close by. After a day of skiing, you can return to the peace and quiet of your comfortable mountain retreat home base and relax in the hot tub. With the shuffleboard and family friendly games, there is plenty to do in the evenings. There are also two bookshelves with a collection of children and adult books to enjoy.

Your worry-free, vacation rental is equipped with high-end linens, towels, bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish and hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent. Propane gas will be provided for the gas grill, but guests will need to purchase wood for the outdoor firepit.
Things to Note:
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked storage that indicate a private space and items in the garage on the shelves. Also, this is a wonderful neighborhood with permanent home owners so please be thoughtful towards them.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests three days prior to arrival.
Please be aware of our 4pm MST check in and 11am MST check out times.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
