Located on a quiet lot neighboring the TimberCrest Countryside Estates is TJ's Mountain Haus - convenient to all the outdoor fun McCall has to offer! This beautiful, pet-friendly home with private hot tub and air conditioning is less than a mile from Payette Lake and River access, and only a 5-minute drive from downtown McCall.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bath home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The master suite with king bed and attached bath is located on the main level along with two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with an adult twin over full bunk set with twin trundle that's perfect for the kids in your group. A hallway access full-size bath is conveniently located for guestroom access. Upstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen and twin bed with an attached bath.
Lounge in the comfort of the spacious great room and enjoy the ambiance of the wood-burning stove - perfect for an intimate gathering of family and friends. This home also has central heating to take off the extra chill during winter months. And in the summer, central A/C and ceiling fans keep the house cool while you're out playing all day. The flat screen TV with DVD player and cable television are sure to keep guests entertained during the evening. Table dining for six and counter seating for several more keep the cook involved in the fun! The dining area has access to a large, east-facing deck with grill and outdoor furnishings to enjoy a meal with friends and family.
The two-car garage and deep driveway are perfect for your toys, sled decks, and boat trailers. Snowmobilers are minutes from Green Gate and North Lake backcountry access, and boaters can launch at the McCall Marina near downtown.
