Comfortable first floor condo with backdoor access to pool area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with spacious room to spread out and relax. The location was ideal to the Suncadia Lodge and surrounding amenities, driving range is right next door, trails for walking and biking were easy to access. If you have additional family members or friends to accommodate, I recommend checking out the Zen Den 4 bedroom home. It is located right next door and an easy walk back and forth between the two. Both properties accommodated 13 family members for a reunion/vacation with comfort and ease.

Will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect - ground floor right in front of the pool that wasn’t too busy. There were BBQs and a fire pit just steps away. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, instructions were clear. They had dog bowls and treats for the dogs - which was a nice touch. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t stay longer!! We will absolutely stay here again (or if we wanted a bigger group I would book another one of their properties based on this experience.

The Trailhead Condo pool is only open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend weather depending which is also in the cabin description. I'm sorry if this was missed. The property was perfect for our short girls get-a-way. Two big bedrooms and a sleeper sofa with a great kitchen and patio deck facing the pool and golf course. Lots of rules and instructions to keep track off, but nothing unreasonable (parking, checkout duties). The only thing not up to our standards was the hot tub. Looked dingy and the jets were not working properly. If you are bring a pet, they had cute pet amenities.
