Take in breathtaking lake views and awe-inspiring sunsets from the patio and furnished deck of this inviting, two-story, 1,200 sq. ft. Garden City home. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for eight plus four bar stools, and a comfy living area with a 50' smart TV and a gas fireplace. There is even a high chair and a playpen available for younger guests.

When it's time to hit the hay, you will notice each bedroom also has a 50' smart TV with cable. Streaming is seamless with complimentary WiFi with speeds up to 100 Mbps.

Guests will also enjoy access to a seasonal, shared pool, hot tub, and sports courts.

This gem of a home is within walking distance of downtown, which means you will have everything you need at your fingertips. You and your loved ones will find endless opportunities to try the most popular activities and be near snowmobile trails, mountain biking trails, UTV trails, pickleball courts, and horseback riding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, great place!

We had four adults and two kids—this was a perfect space for all of us, and the view from the back is beautiful. The location is great, next to a market and some restaurants, the marina, and a short drive to north beach. We really enjoyed our time here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, close to downtown. A two minute drive to all the shops and food. We had an issue with the lock not working and the rental property person responded within minutes and helped us get inside . We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable stay with an amazing view in Bear Lake

The condo was in a perfect location and had an amazing view. For our small family of four, it was the perfect and would also accommodate bigger groups easily. The view from the condo was amazing and overlooking the Marina, we couldn’t have found a better place. The place was clean and comfortable for our stay with lot of board games and TVs in each room for convenience. We would definitely come back to this place again next time we are in Bear Lake

This is such a beautiful place with a great view!

If I may suggest... The tub needs a mat or something so that someone doesn’t slip and fall. I slipped and it was scary!

Our stay

Unit was nice. Not very clean. The bottom of the disposable shower curtain in downstairs bathroom was yellow, very disgusting. Cobwebs and dust in every corner. Crumbs on the floor when we arrived. Was a very nice town house, we enjoyed our stay but could have been cleaner.

All the comforts of home & amazing views!

This property was very clean and decorated really nicely. It was stocked with everything you would need to cook, play games and entertain. We had a range of teenagers and a five-year-old and they loved the bunk room! The only Feedback I wanted to share is that we wish the pool and other amenities were within a closer walking distance. It was a long walk up a very big hill, Which was too difficult with the little one. I think you should be a little bit more transparent about the amenities (pool, tennis courts etc) being at the bottom of a very steep hill. we had hoped the kids could go there on their own, but we had to drive them. Besides that it was a great property.

The master bed sheets were nit fresh and had hairs and dead bug in them. I had to find sheets and blankets before we could crawl into bed. There was large amounts of dust and random things under the other bed in the room when we went to get a toy from under the bed. They did nothing to help compensate for the high cleaning fee!

Fantastic, well equipped stay!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely little place, and we absolutely loved it! It was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets. The rooms were styled with cute lake decor, and there was plenty of storage space. I loved that lots of extra towels were provided, and the kitchen was well equipped. (I did a lot of cooking during our stay, and I had everything I needed.) The only issue we had was finding our building. We arrived late (after dark), and there are a lot of similar buildings. The building numbers are black on top of a dark blue wall, so they were nearly impossible to read at night. White reflective numbers would have been much easier to see! That is our only suggestion - we absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Nightmare

Worst experience ever! Will never book with them again. It was during the snow storm during spring break. We came in from Texas. Neither vrbo nor vacasa were helpful. And vacasa still has not replied to any of our messages. We weren't able to reschedule our trip. Had to leave 1 day into our vacation because of the snow storm if we wanted to get out safely and by the last day we booked it for. Lost my money and our family vacation.
