It has 1 master suite with a bathroom dressing room and fully equipped kitchen. It`s ideal for sharing with 2 families or large families.

A fully furnished townhouse has all the facilities for large families. Includes a smart TV, Wifi, Full Kitchen with Side Side Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, stove, Washer and Dryer, Central Air Conditioning, and phone for local calls. The complex has a beautiful resort-style pool, a games room with modern consoles, a well-equipped gym, and free parking.

We prefer communication through Airbnb chat room, because it is easier to locate the reservation to assist you, but otherwise, guests can call me anytime. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese for your convenience.
