Great location to everything Orlando. As well super clean and organized. Everything you need is provided for a wonderful stay. Would stay here ever time I’m in Orlando.

The house was great and was well located to access the magic kingdom in ~ 20 min. Has everything you could need when traveling with kids. Would stay again.

We loved the close proximity to restaurants and stores, as well as easy access to Disney. Perfect for the 5 of us. Our niece LOVED her Disney room!

We had a wonderful stay. This home was the perfect size for our group. It was very clean and looked as pictured. The location was very convenient to Disney Parks. There was also excellent communication from the property manger. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location for a Disney World vacation!

This is a very nice house! Had all the amenities we desired and was close to all the Disney parks! The host Cris responded quickly to my messages! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great home base for Disney

We enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. The property was clean, comfortable and welcoming and looked just like the photos. It was a convenient home base for our Disney trip and Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying at her place.

The property was very nice. The location was great. Had an issue with the power in the upstairs bedrooms made Property Manager aware. Overall nice stay.

Great stay for Disney

We stayed here on a Disney trip and it was great. Good location to pool. House is fully stocked with everything you need including air fryer just bring food and drinks! House was about 15-20 minutes from Disney parks. We will come back for our next Disney trip.

Nice spot for a quick Disney vacation

It was a good fit for our “group”… parents, grand parents, and 2 kids. Perfect for a 2 night stay visiting the Magic Kingdom. The unit was in a good location for getting to Disney and a convenient location in the complex close to the pool and parking. It was super clean and cute! The kids enjoyed the pool.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home

Chris was super to work with and kept in communication with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Secured gated community. Condo was updated and beautifully decorated just like pictured. Very comfortable and close to all Disney parks and nice restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are planning a trip to Orlando/Kissimmee area.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. Chris was very attentive and stayed in contact with us. We did not have any issues. Gated community and close to the parks. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great place for young children!!!

This house was amazing for us! They had a pack n play for my almost 2 year old, they also have a baby bassinet available for an infant, and a baby bathtub even! I was very impressed. There is a lot of space and was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We will definitely be satying again in the future. Thank you!!!

Nice gated condo/close to Disney

Chris was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condos are gated and in a safe neighborhood close to Disney. Pool was very nice, however the pool is not heated in the winter. Thankfully it was in the upper 80’s but if it had been any colder I don’t think my kids would have enjoyed swimming. Overall a very nice stay!!

Clean, Positive and Homely

My Family and I loved the positive messages throughout the house from the entrance, living room, stairs - really brightened our stay and trip. Cris was amazingly responsive and friendly. The house was impeccably clean and organized! Felt like I moved into my own house- just happened to be in Florida! Will definitely recommend to family, friends and people who appreciate order and cleanliness! thank you Cris~ we will be back again!

Great Family Vacation

We fully enjoyed this rental and it was the prefect location for a fun filled Orlando adventure. Close enough to park and tons of shopping. Great food choices both for in person dining and delivery. We were a family with two children and a second adult this rentals layout was great as the seperate adult had her own space downstairs and our family stayed upstairs. The Mickey and Mini decor in the kids room was a huge hit. The kitchen was fully equipped and the property amenities kept the kids entertained on days we did not want to venture out. We loved out stay no issues at all hosts were easy to deal with and access was simple. Will definitely be back.

Just right

Our stay was for two nights and we mostly just slept in the rental, so it fit our needs perfectly. the distance from Disney was great. Traffic can be heard but it wasn’t disruptive. The issue was not with the rental but the neighbors. There were kids running up and down the stairs in the adjoining townhouse, which eventually quit after a while.
