Step into your custom condo with stylistic interiors & expansive views. Relax out in the hot tub or inside. Watch your 75" TV or simply pour yourself a drink and kickback. Need privacy? There is a 2nd bedroom with 55" TV, seating and activity table area. Get creative in the kitchen big enough for everyone to help out in. Toast life and enjoy the shimmering lights of the town below as the sun sets on another day in paradise.

Large living room has 2 oversized sofas, chaise, 75" Smart TV with Sonos so you can sign in to your favorite streaming service or watch the included Samsung TV Plus, dining area for 6, breakfast bar area for 4. All this with views of the Paradise Divide, Mt Crested Butte, and Whetstone, Red Lady, Gothic & Axtel mountains. 2 bedrooms. In the master is a king bed, luxury linens, small sitting area and private en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with 1 queen and 1 twin set in a bunkbed with luxury linens, a 55" TV, sitting area and access to a full 2nd bath. The kitchen has stainless appliances, two ovens, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher & small appliances like coffee maker/grinder. Enjoy the outdoor dining and grilling areas and feel free to relax in a soak in the hot tub under the stars.

You have access to one large balcony from your back door with a Weber electric grill as well as access to one large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will have access to the complexes' private parking lot. Bring your car, drive it around or park it and take the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac! Winter bus service every 30 minutes at location during the winter months. Summer bus service is a five to nine minute walk from the condo.

1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent.
2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent.
3) Washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included!
4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment.
5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.
6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.
7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a seat outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Peace.
8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub areas open 8am-10pm max.
9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors.
10) No pets or emotional support animals*
*No animals are permitted in this unit and VRBO does not require us to host guests with emotional support animals (announced or unannounced) since allergies to animals are present in the owner's family and they are unable to then share and service the space due to health hazards. By booking this unit you accept you and your guests understand there are no animals of this type permitted in this unit. Cameras monitor exterior.
