Relaxation and tranquility await at our beautiful lakefront vacation home, located just over an hour from NYC. Our home is the perfect escape for those who want to feel like they are a world away, but may not want to drive for hours to get there.

Located in Penn Estates Community of East Stroudsburg, our lakefront home feels cozy and secluded with a large, private, wooded property and direct access to the backyard lake.


Newly remodeled and clean. Our 2400 sq ft home sleeps a total of 12 adults - with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and ample living space both indoors and outdoors.

A vast open living and dining area features a two-story, stone-faced gas fireplace, surrounding views of our lake, and tall, vaulted ceilings with skylights. Two cozy sofas with a seating bench are perfect for gathering around the fireplace -- a great way to spend a winter afternoon!

The back deck is accessible from the living room and has a sectional outdoor sofa and table (seats 8+ people) along with a gas BBQ grill.

Our dining table comfortably seats 6-10. The kitchen bar top seats an additional 4, and the kitchen breakfast nook seats 5. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials, and is freshly remodeled with brand new cabinets, appliances, kitchenware, and furniture.

Behind the dining area is a screened-in porch with wicker furniture, which also opens up to the deck. It's a very lovely atmosphere with nature and trees surrounding you.

3 of the 4 bedrooms feature queen size beds. 2 twin beds are featured in the fourth bedroom. There is a queen size sofa bed downstairs that pulls out from a spacious sectional couch. The upstairs master queen bedroom has a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There is a second full bathroom on the main floor.

Downstairs you'll find our cozy TV room -- complete with a sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, and a 65" Smart TV. Included are board games, giant Jenga, and throw blankets. This area is perfect to wind down after a long day of kayaking or skiing!

Our favorite part of the house is the backyard. Relax in a sprawling wooded area complete with 6 Adirondack chairs around a stone fire pit, or float away on 2 kayaks (with life jackets) on the ultra-serene lake located directly behind the house.

Nestled in the safe, clean gated-community of Penn Estates, this house is focused on living in harmony with nature. You are surrounded by forest - a wonderful escape from the city (<1.5hrs from NYC)!
