Great location, everything we needed was close by. It was a quiet neighborhood. The house is large. The owner was easy to contact. The pots and pans need an up-grade.The biggest problem we had was with the cleaning. The living room couches had a lot of lint on it as if it was wiped with a towel. One of the bedrooms had a lot of hair on the bed and pillows, disgusting. The cleaning company need to be changed. This would be a great place, if above issues are resolved.
We are a family of five and we had a nice stay. The place was clean and exactly what I expected. The price was good and they let us bring our dog which was fantastic! The check in and checkout process was easy. My only comment is that if you use the guest shower, put a towel down because water spills out due to the half door layout and not having a curtain. We would stay there again.
The property was nice. Quiet neighborhood. About 30 - 60 to downtown Houston depending on the time of day. Good restaurants nearby the house. Thanks so much!
The neighborhood is quiet. Nice and spacious home. Clean. The only thing is if you bring a pet you have to go all around the home to enter backyard. It was really cold during my stay, but If it was summer I wouldnât have minded. Overall great place to stay in.
Upon arrival we couldn't help but notice the established quiet neighborhood. The home was cozy, cool, a d just what we needed. I loved how there was an extra fan locater in each closet which i love air flow while sleeping. 5/5 would recommend.
I recommend this lovely home! It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information
Needed a pet friendly house to stay at for a few days while visiting Houston. House was tucked in a cul-de-sac of a neighborhood off Clay Rd. Quiet, clean, and close to the things we needed to get to.
This place is a strong 3.5/5 stars. Our stay was very average and just one step above staying at a budget hotel. There is no binder with guidelines listing things like trash day and check out day rules, instead the host sporadically messaged throughout our stay. The place itself is starting to become run down and is in need of a lot of touch ups and a deep clean. The microwave kept having issues throughout the stay. The bed frames are all extremely fragile and being supported by wood beams underneath. The floors were sticky from mopping cleaner and the varnish was coming off on our socks. This is not a house you can walk barefoot in. The couch has sharp edges that are hidden by a stained sofa cover, my 12 month old son didn't know and hit his head on a sharp corner in the center of the couch. There is a strong air freshener smell throughout the house so those with allergies and asthma beware. This place has great potential if the hosts put in some effort and time. We will likely not return here.
First off, the property manager was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the property itself was very dirty which resulted in me cleaning myself to make things comfortable enough to stay. The location was good. The house is an interesting layout. If you have a dog, be aware that the back yard is not connected to the house, in other words, you have to go out front to access the back yard, no door from the inside of the house.
