This resort studio, part of the Hyatt Residence Club, features beautiful mountain lodge decor and skiing right outside the door. Located at the base of Peak 9, your condo is steps away from the Quicksilver lift. The on-site complimentary ski valet service will store your skis, dry your boots, and provide spacious lockers. Ski and snowboard rentals are available, and the ski school is a short walk away.

This studio is a luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. Sleeps 4 in a king size bed plus a queen size Murphy bed (folds down from wall). Fireplace, on-site staff to assist with fresh towels, amenities, concierge service, a business center and ski valet. The fitness room and large heated outdoor swimming pool are available by reservation (during Covid restrictions). The Main Street Station complex itself is adjacent to Maggie Pond and features restaurants, shops, bars, services, a courtyard fire pit and more. The resort faces the south end of Main Street, so all the downtown restaurants, bars, shops and services are within walking distance. Trolley and bus lines stop in front of the resort. You can easily enjoy your ski week here without even renting a car. But if you do bring a car, you are assured of a free parking spot in the heated underground garage (one spot per condo).

Stay in if you choose! Most restaurants in town offer delivery and/or carry-out.

We are fractional owners at the Hyatt Residence Club during this festive pre-Christmas week in Breckenridge. When you rent our condo, we will issue you a guest pass for check-in. You will enjoy full owner/guest privileges throughout your stay.

- Daily housekeeping is not currently offered. However, there is daily trash pickup (outside your door), with fresh towels and additional amenities (shampoo, etc.) available on request and at no charge.
- Fitness room and swimming pool access is available by reservation.
