Beautiful 2,200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located on the fifth hole of the Nicklaus Tournament Course in guard gated and patrolled PGA West. Enjoy unobstructed western mountain sunset views from your private patio, salt water pool/spa with Baja step. The patio gets full sun from mid-morning through the afternoon, if you want shade just retract the remote control awnings. The layout of the home features 3 very private bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and no common walls.

The ceilings in the main house are 12' high giving the home a spacious feel. Two of the bedrooms are in the main house, the third in a private detached casita. The open living space features a large kitchen with double ovens and an island with seating for 4. A separate dining space offers a table with seating for 6 and views of the pool, golf course and mountains.

The home is fully stocked with flat screen HDTV's, cable and high speed wireless internet. There is a 60'' Samsung HDTV in the family room and comfortable furniture including reclining chairs and sectional. There is a powder room conveniently located off the family room.

The master bedroom has a King Bed, flat screen TV and a work station complete with a separate 27'' monitor. Bring your own keyboard and mouse if you need to make this a working vacation. The work station is located next to the wireless router for fast internet connection.

The outdoor patio has plenty of space for taking in some sunshine. There is a dining table with six chairs, two chaise lounges, a gas and a weber grill. Our neighborhood is great for biking, jogging with very little traffic.

PGA West is a laid back gated community that features six golf courses, three of which are public. (Check course schedules as they close down for a month or two each year). There are two public clubhouses and our home is a quick ride to both of them. The Tournament Clubhouse has a huge patio, amazing views and great food at Ernie's Bar & Grill. The club is a full service golf facility with professional instruction and practice facilities. The three public courses include the course our home is located on, the Nicklaus Tournament Course, the Greg Norman Resort Course and the famous TPC Stadium Course. The surrounding area has more than 100 golf courses!

LA Quinta is a great community with lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Everything you need is within a15 minute ride including grocery stores, a CVS Pharmacy, and a Target. Old town La Quinta is quaint with great local restaurants and shops. Palm Desert and it's El Paseo luxury shopping district is 20 minutes away with downtown Palm Springs located 30 minutes away. We are also conveniently located near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas open. The Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April are only 10 minutes away.

Things to know:

The Casita is the third bedroom and not attached to the main home.

Bikes and games are provided for your enjoyment.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking inside or on the premises.

No parties or events allowed.

No fencing around the pool and no child proofing.

Pool & spa heating is offered at $25/day.

Please read and follow the rules, you will be responsible for any fines or damage caused if you do not follow the HOA rules.

Including fees to the property manager for addressing and processing fines.

1) PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out.

2) There is a limit of 3 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. Do not park in front of mail boxes or fire hydrants.

If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage.

3) The golf course is private property, not common area, the HOA views people that have not checked in at the club house to golf as trespassers. Please ensure you are not crossing over to the neighbors yard or running onto the golf course. Though there are no gates or walls between the houses, there are still property lines.

4) Our permit only allows for the number of guests we market the property for and your reservation only allows for the number of guests on your reservation. You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

5) Noise, no outside music our significant noise is allowed per PGA West rules. If the neighbors can hear anything coming from the house it’s a noise violation. Some people in the neighborhood are full time residents and they are noise and parking sensitive. They will call security and a citation will be issued, even if security doesn't tell you or give you the citation, they will send it to us. You can use the pool and spa after 10, just keep the noise level down inside and outside the home before 1pm and after 10pm. While this will not apply to 99% of you, If security comes a citation and fine will be issued and you will be responsible to pay. If security comes a second time you have to leave the home and not refund for remaining days of your reservation will be provided, in addition you will be responsible for any fines and damage caused. -We manage this property and it’s our job to collect these fines and make sure the homeowners permit is not put at risk.

-If security is called to the house house the first fine will be $ one thousand dollars.

-If security is called a 2nd time the fine is an additional $ twenty five hundred dollars and your reservation will be terminated with no refund.
