Idabel Estate is a 2600+ sqft custom cabin home on 2 private acres at Idabel Lake. The home sleeps up to 12 adults comfortably and features a hot tub, games room, outdoor shower, soaker tub, wood stove, firepit and more!
Idabel Lake is a picturesque mountain lake. It is great for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, etc. In Winter months, the lake is great for ice fishing, exploring and snowmobiling
There is an infinite amount of trails great for hiking, or ATVing leading to dozens of nearby lakes that can be easily accessed right from the end of the driveway.

James was very welcoming and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. The house had plenty of entertainment options, and the kids had a great time playing and exploring. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay outside of Kelowna

This was an amazing property for a larger group. Great activities while also being peaceful and perfect for a pup too! Idabel lake, only a min walk away, was great for swimming and floating. If you go in the winter, skiing is close by too.

Family Christmas

Awesome place for a large group. We had 8 and lots of room to spare. Fenced yard for our dogs made it a fun vacation for them too! Only recommendation would be a bedside fan for the loft bedroom because heat from the wood stove rises. Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay at Idabel Lake

I stayed at this rental with friends and family for a family reunion/birthday celebration. This rental is well appointed having everything you could need and more! The host is very helpful and answers questions/concerns almost immediately. The property is great for dogs being spacious and fully fenced. The only note is that two of the beds do not have a wall between them and are in a large shared space which could be a privacy concern for some people. Overall great space, highly reccomend!

Great place for a family getaway

Very nice place with lots of room to relax or play games. The games room is great with pool table/ping pong table and darts. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had mostly everything that we needed. We did run out of drinking water in the cooler and sink tap but we also didn’t contact the owner to let him know so I’m sure it would have been resolved. It’s close to the lake so we did some ice fishing as well. Great times, would definitely go again!

We came in for a Pastoral Retreat. There were 12 of us, and the amenities and the area was everything that we needed from the hot tub, to the camp fire, to the nice long table that can hold all of us and more. Don't expect modern and great finishing, but rather rustic. For what we needed, rustic was what we needed. I do recommend this place for anyone who is seeking to do a group retreat.
