Thank you for your interest in The BeachComer - our amazing town home in Coral Lagoon (Villa #13), in beautiful Marathon, FL with a 40' boat slip (slip #15). This two-story 3 BR /2.5 BA 1360 SQ FT home is perfect for your next Florida Keys vacation.

Enjoy resort features in a clean and comfortable home setting: The home’s first floor offers a spacious, open floor plan. The full-service kitchen, with stainless steel appliances granite counter tops, and new pots, pans, and chef's knives, opens to the dining area with comfortable seating for 8, which flows to the family room with plenty of room for your whole crew to hang out. The couch contains a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2. French doors open to a large and airy outdoor covered deck with water views, the perfect place to enjoy those special little vacation moments such as witnessing a sunset, enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, preparing for your day on the water, sharing and celebrating your new-found adventures, or star gazing under a tropical sky. A stylish half-bath is also conveniently located on the first floor.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and 2 full bathrooms. The large Master Suite has a king-size bed, comfortable seating, separate his and her closets, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, granite vanity, and a linen closet. French doors lead to the Suite’s huge private balcony with stunning views of the waterway and facing west for the sunsets. The Queen Suite has a queen-size bed and overlooks the resort’s gorgeously lush and pristinely landscaped grounds. The Twin Suite has 2 twin beds.The Queen Suite and the Twin Suite share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and granite vanity. Every bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The BeachComer provides secure, high speed WiFi Internet (200 megabit+).

For the fishing and boating enthusiasts: Coral Lagoon is one of the only resorts in the Keys to have IMMEDIATE access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Your BeachComer rental includes our 40 ft boat slip (#15) on a deep-water canal located just steps from your back deck. Slip includes water and 30 AMP electricity. The Boat House Marina is located on site and provides full services such as a private boat ramp, valet trailer parking (for an additional fee), fuel, ice and fish cleaning facilities.

Bask in peace and tranquility: Coral Lagoon has a private heated pool for our guests to enjoy year-round. Imagine starting your day pool-side with the warm sun on your face or relaxing with friends and family after a fun-filled day in the Keys.

The BeachComer accommodates both short-term and long-term rentals and we absolutely cherish our repeat renters! The property was clean and comfortable and well appointed with amenities. The property owner was good with communication. Pool area was very nice and the pool temp was perfect. We didn’t use the boat slip out front but I’m sure that’s a treat to park your boat right outside your front door. Marathon was a good mid point in terms of location in the keys. We hadn’t been to the keys before and for us it was between Islamorada or Marathon

Coral Lagoon was a lovely home with lots of space. The porches were nice to sit on in the evenings. Our hosts were very thoughtful in letting us know about local road maintenance. I definitely would come back here again.

We had a really nice stay during our recent visit to Key West. The apartment was really clean and had all the amenities that we needed during our stay, which is remarkable considering we were travelling with two kids. I would like to book this property again in the future when we travel to Key West, or refer this to anyone looking for a stay within driving distance from Key West.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and centrally located. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Florida Keys.

This was a great place for my family to stay. It is a beautiful property. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. I rented a boat for our stay and was able to keep it parked in the marina next door. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location if you want to be in Marathon. We liked Marathon b/c it was our first time and its was right in the middle of the keys.We felt this property had more space had even more space than advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was very nice and heated. Would definitely recommend this property.

Dawn and I were married in Islamorada in 2019. I have been diving and spearfishing in the middle keys since 2004, and we love coming here several times a year. We finally decided to purchase The BeachComer in 2020, and we are happy to share our island home with you. We understand island living, and we love all things water. Our main home is on Bald Head Island, North Carolina, where I do a lot of offshore fishing with my friends and Dawn and I love spending time on our boats cruising the waterways and fishing the creeks. Island living has been good for us, and we are so excited to have an island home in the Keys to share with you.
