Enjoy a home-away-from-home vacation here. This 3 bedroom town home is very spacious with an open floor plan. Open the sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai to allow the ocean air to flow through the home. Enjoy the Tommy Bahama style decor throughout. The huge master bedroom and bathroom will be calling your name to relax after a day at the beach. The full-sized kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick appetizer during cocktail hour, or a full meal for 6+! Please see parking restrictions in amenity section.

Dog-friendly, allows up to 1 dog weighing up to 30lbs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Your booking is with Island Real Estate Vacations. We will send you check-in instructions 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking. Island Real Estate Vacations will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Any error on Guest’s part is not the responsibility of the agent. Sub-leasing of your vacation rental is strictly prohibited. A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee are required for all stays 21 nights or longer. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from our company. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Wonderful Trip!

We love this condo and have stayed here several times! It is definitely our "go to" on the island. We love the location, the cleanliness and space this condo provides.

The property is wonderful! The space had everything we wanted and needed! Only got to stay 4 of the 7 nights we had booked. If we come back, would definitely stay in this property again! Great location. Convenient to beach and our favorite restaurants.

wonderful stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and fully stocked for a week vacation at the beach. I noticed a few of the reviews complained about noise, but we didn't find this to be a problem at all. The tiki hut across the hut had live music, but it was typically late afternoon and early evening, so we enjoyed listening from our balcony, and it was quiet by the time we went to bed. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great location, plenty of room for a large family. Community pool but conveniently located next to the home. A short walk will get you to the beach. You get the best of both worlds, you get to see the sunrise over by the bay side and the sunset by the beach!! Will come back any time.

This unit was in a great location. Near pool and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Quiet too. Could also sit on screened in balcony and listen to live music down the street. Master bedroom was huge and bed was very comfortable.

Amazing Condo and was perfect for our family! We had everything we needed for our great stay on Anna Maria Island❗️ Views of Gulf and Bay, convenient location, very short walk to the beach and loved the pool. Ideal family Vacation House

We loved this house location, which is right across from Bradenton beach. It's an ideal family vacation home in Anna Maria island. This house is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for a family of 5. We have recommended to our friends. If we are down in the area, we will rent this place again.

Very nice three bedroom condo in Bradenton Beach. Views of Gulf and Bay. Condo is in very good condition. Great location. Pool on premises. Lots of exercise going up and down the stairs. Would return.

Fantastic beach Townhome

Everything about this place was fantastic from the location right across the street from the beach, the views of the bay as well, trolley stop basically right outside our door and walking distance to multiple restaurants, stores, putt-putt, famous Bridge Street and the pier. House was wonderful, extremely clean, plenty of room, large open kitchen with all the cooking utensils you would need. The screened in porch with sliding patio doors open the townhouse to the outdoors. The grill was a bonus as well, we spent multiple evenings grilling fresh fish on the patio. The pool was great too.

This was a great property and a wonderful location.

I stayed here with my two daughters and 12 yr old grandson. The location of the property was great. You can walk to the shops, beach, restaurants. The property was very nice with plenty of space for everyone. There is a gas grill for cooking. There were plenty of floats to bring to the beach. The only negative I would say is the oven did not work properly. The bottom heating element did not get hot and then the wagon you could take to the beach had flat tires so we were not able to use it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again due to the location. You can just walk across the street every evening and watch the sunset many times we would see dolphins.

Perfect Getaway Spot!!!

After an issue checking in (which the owner Kristin fixed immediately and with great satisfaction) we had the most amazing week! This townhome is in the perfect spot for everything. I was worried about being across the street, but it wasn’t an issue at all. It took no time at all to get to the beach. The restaurant across the street was a fun place to listen to live music and watch the sunsets. The townhome is very spacious and had everything we needed. The pictures do not show the new and improved downstairs decor. I like the new furniture better than those in the pictures. There’s lots of storage, large bedrooms,and plenty of space to bring the whole family. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location - close to everything

Location is fantastic and the place is beautiful. Would definitely stay again. Only items the owner / management company should consider are providing a bit more to help keep things clean. Only a few garbage bags, very small amount of soap and laundry detergent and were provided. As much as we spent for the week for our family it was the small stuff that was lacking and is maybe a few extra dollars to provide? Don’t skimp on the items needed for a family to cook, clean and do laundry for a week. Glassware was dirty and had to be cleaned. Vertical blinds are old and a few kept falling off. Outdoor TV not working as well as outdoor fan. I would stay again - just spend a few more dollars on the small stuff.

Fantastic condo and location but loud at night

We have been coming to AMI for over 20 years and have stayed in a variety of locations all over the island. This condo is beautiful and in a fantastic location in terms of proximity to the beach and several great restaurants. The condo itself is designed well and is beautiful inside. The views are nice and the screened in porch is great! The close proximity of the condo to the pool was convenient as well and the pool was never crowded even though it's relatively small. The beach seems to be much less crowded down in this area, even on a busy week in April which we really enjoyed. Very simple, short walk to the beach. The island tends to get very busy from a traffic standpoint from Manatee bridge north and from Cortez bridge south. With this property being located in the middle of the two it seemed to have less overall traffic and making getting on and off the island easier. The ability to walk to Bridge St (less than 10min walk one way) was very nice for shopping, restaurants, putt-putt golf, etc. and prevented us from having to drive as many places as we normally do. The biggest downside to this condo, and the only thing that would make me re-consider renting it again in the future is the music that comes from across the street at night. 5 of the 7 nights we stayed there was LOUD, LOUD music and bass being played across the street that continued until 1030pm each night. If you have young children or tend to go to bed early this is something to be aware of!

Loud and Dirty

Darling from the outside. Once we got inside...different story. Bedroom furnishings are nice (a little beat up). Master bed comfortable. Location of master bedroom is noisy. Partying going on across the street until 12:30 a.m. every night. There is a restaurant/bar a stone's throw away from the master. The whole townhouse was filthy. Upon check in I noticed the unacceptable cleaning job and they sent two, teenage boys back to make it satisfactory. I'm not sure the floors were even washed...my feet were black after several minutes walking through the townhouse. Bathtub had a large, unidentifiable stain on the tile. Mold and mildew throughout the floors and shower. Coffee maker never cleaned/wiped nor the microwave. Family room upholstery sure could use a cleaning. One of the outdoor screens on the lanai was ripped/shredded to the point it was "open air." Walking distance to some nice restaurants and the beach. Those were 2 bonuses.

Beautiful home away from home townhome just steps to the beach!!

We loved our week long stay at this beautiful townhome! The property manager, Kristin, was such a pleasure to deal with. She ensured everything was ready and perfect for our stay. We stayed there 1 week after Hurricane Irma and I was worried about electricity being out, cable being out, damage to the townhome, etc. Everything was in perfect working condition when we arrived. The home was literally a 2 min walk from across the street to the beach. The home had everything from a fully loaded kitchen to beach towels provided and plenty of beach toys, floats, and even umbrellas for the beach and a wagon. The wagon was such a big help! The garage is narrow so make sure to check the dimensions with Kristin on making sure two cars can fit. We had a Nissan Rogue and Saturn Ion and we fit in there without any problems. The cleaning crew could be a little better. I'm not picky but there were some leftover hairs in the master shower. I'm sure just an oversight as the rest of the home was spotless. The beach had some rotted seeweed but that was from the hurricane and could not be controlled. The water was beautiful with its emerald green color. Beautiful weather every day!! We will definitely come back and stay at this home again for our future visits to Anna Maria Island! Thank you Kristin!!

Location was wonderful

We enjoyed the stay the place was close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The concerns we had was the door code did not work and the place was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. It appears that floor was never washed. The floors were dirty and bathrooms not properly cleaned.
