Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in this place. Close to everything that there is to enjoy in the center of Coeur d Alene. It was easy to communicate with the manager. She was always nice and helpful.

Convenient retreat

This property is beautiful with natural light in abundance. The two private decks were serene, and the quick walk to the boardwalk and water was so peaceful. Spacious, quiet and perfect for 1 person or 4. I highly recommend.

This property does not have river views. Total false advertising. The communications to check in were not accurate. Air conditioning could not be lowered below 75. Toilet ran non stop. The fan in primary is too loud to sleep.

Worst VRBO we have ever rented. Way overpriced for what you get. There were stained carpets, stained and old towels that belonged in the trash, drapes falling down, cannot lock the entry door from the inside. Did not feel safe. Who else has keys and fobs to this place that could enter at any time? Decor needs a serious update. Wet towels in dryer when we arrived. Woken up in the middle of both nights we stayed by delivery truck the first night in the middle of the night to a restaurant below, and the next night an actual pressure washer at 3:00am!!! How does this HOA allow this? Told we would be reimbursed some bc place wasn’t ready at time of check in, but we have not received reimbursement.

We chose this rental expecting it to be clean and ready for guests, especially given the substantial cleaning fee. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and visible stains in the bedding, along with food debris and gum on the floors. The condition of the sheets raised concerns about whether they had been changed between guests. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of a vacation rental, and this property fell short.The host did respond when contacted and offered a 50 credit, suggesting the property may not have been opened recently and offering to send a cleaner the following morning. However, because this was a one-night stay, having a cleaner come the next day did not address the condition of the property when we arrived. And yet, no 50 credit was ever given. The property itself may have potential, but the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this rental without improvements to the cleaning and inspection process.

Great location, beautiful newer condo

Condo is very nice and spacious. Both bedrooms are large and both have queen beds. The kitchen, dining, and family room are also spacious and comfortable. The condo comes fully stocked with everything you could need (pots, pans, dishes, extra paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc). We loved the two spacious decks which you can sit outside and people watch. The deck in the master bedroom has a small view of the river if you sit close at one end. There is a great restaurant downstairs and it’s only open for breakfast and lunch so not loud at night at all. You can smell the food cooking when you’re outside on the deck or outside the condo in the hallways but you can’t smell it inside. The condo is very quiet and has good insulation. The river is like 20 steps from the bottom floor so you can walk right out to the dock. There is also a Red Robin and McDonald’s in walking distance. The ac works great and there are also three fans in the closet. There is also a parking garage spot for one car. Outside, your guests can pay a small fee to park in the lot that’s on the property. You have to drive to a grocery store but it’s close. The downsides are that the condo is dark. There are some crucial lightbulbs burned out that we couldn’t t change ourselves so hopefully the project manager reads this. One bulb out in each bathroom plus the main deck outside bulb is out. Even with lightbulbs, it’s pretty dark inside. If you need to do makeup for an event, bring a lighted magnifying mirror with you, The master bed is also very firm and the pillows were typical hotel pillows where one is too low and two is too high. I had to go buy a pillow to get through the week. The shower heads were horrible. So strong it felt like a fire hose! And it’s very hard to climb over the bathtub into the shower so an elderly person or a short person couldn’t do it. So minor negatives and I’d definitely go back to this rental again!

Property in need of some repairs. Prop mgt folks we’re nice and responsive. Would recommend better description for parking, fob usage, keys, etc. would stay here again!

Nice location, but property management needs improvement.

This was a nice place, but the property manager was not helpful or friendly. When we were checking in, finding the lock box was not easy. She said that she would send a picture, but failed to do so. Also, getting into the garage is an ordeal as one of your party must go inside to trigger the door to open. The manager was very curt when we were able to speak with her citing how many properties that she manages as though she did not have time to help us. She was also non-responsive to some emails.
