A Great Escape

The most beautiful beaches in walking distance from our quaint comfortable rental home. The location was ideal for long exercise walks and plenty of things to do.

Great property close to the beach

Bud's lighthouse is a well equipped, comfortable clean home located in a quiet location a short walk from the beach . Wonderful walks along the beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby . Highly recommend Cafe 11 for live music - 2 blocks walk away. Justina was very helpful and responsive to questions .We highly recommend this property.

Beach Stay

We traveled to St. Augustine Beach for my grandson's spring break. While the weather was unseasonably chilly we had a wonderful time. The house met our hopes/expectations, and the neighborhood was great. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Quick beach trip

I have stayed at Buds Light house in the past, and come back because it is truly the nicest stay in St A. You are steps away from ice cream, and breakfast Diner, and the beach, and this house is one of the cleanest and nicest I have stayed in - and I have been to MANY! I have never needed anything while there, but Justina is always quick to respond to any communication. Thanks Justina, see you next time!

Paradise

Bud's Lighthouse is AMAZING!!! Perfect location to the beach as well as many restaurants. The property has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. If you're planning on going downtown (which we did) that's only 10 minutes away. Very easy to get an Uber. The house was CLEAN and very comfortable! Can't wait too go back!

Wonderful stay

I rate stays on whether its clean, quiet and comfortable and Bud's Lighthouse excelled with all. In addition, the location for us couldn't have been better. Close to family and excellent restaurants. The unit was clean with attention to detail, the bed's were comfortable and the neighborhood gave us a quiet visit. It was well stocked with everything noted in the listing. When we return we'll try to stay here first. Justina ensured our stay earn it's 5 star rating.

Book It! Best Location in St. Augustine

Wow, first of all, it is even better than the pictures! Super comfortable home with everything you need and more. We loved the location, which was just across the street from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream, shops, shopping, and right in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Just a short drive away is downtown St. Augustine. We loved the relaxed vibe of staying on the beach and being able to travel into town for the nightlife and more hustle and bustle. Great to have a yard and privacy for the same price as a hotel! Justina was a fabulous host and very responsive to all of our questions. Thank you Justina for sharing your home and for a fabulous stay!

Great house, close to beach & restaurants

This is a great house with a fantastic location! It was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 teens, and seems to have been updated and "refreshed" recently. Location is super: just on the other side of A1A from the beach, you can walk over and be on the sand in under 5 minutes. There's a diner and an ice cream shop on the corner less than a minute walk away, as well as many other restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Despite its proximity to A1A (about the 3rd building in), it's very quiet and peaceful. This house was really well stocked with everything you'd need for a great trip, including some beach gear, a gas grill and lots of kitchen supplies, etc. The property owner/manager is super responsive and really pleasant, and was great to deal with. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again!

Wish we could stay here forever!

We recently had a fabulous stay at Bud's Lighthouse for a family wedding in town. Justina was an amazing host; she was helpful, responsive, and super friendly. She provided us with helpful information prior to our stay along with restaurant recommendations. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood just one block from the beach. We loved being able to walk to many different restaurants, an ice cream parlor, the diner, the splash park/playground, a souvenir shop, and of course, the beach!! We were just a 10 minute drive over the bridge into downtown which was super convenient and makes you feel like you have the best of both worlds. The property is clean, super homey and cozy, with thoughtful amenities like many extra towels, extra TP and garbage bags. We were so sad to leave but we are excited to return! Thanks Justina for such a wonderful family vacation!

Fantastic place to stay for a beach trip! This house was the perfect size for my family to all sleep comfortably and we loved having two full bathrooms. Everything was clean, communication was prompt and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. We also could not have asked for a better location-such a close walk to the beach and multiple restaurants!

Cozy cottage in the perfect location!

Such a nice, clean property in the perfect location. A very short drive to the amphitheater and the historic district, and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and several restaurants. We would definitely come back!

So clean and homey

Of the places I have stayed, this is one of my favorites, and I am a repeat customer. This cottage is well appointed through the kitchen, beautifully remodeled, and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and most importantly, the best ice cream on the beach. It is very relaxing for me, and even when it is just myself, it is worth the extra cost to me for the cleanliness and peace.

Location was perfect! Close walk to beach & to local restaurants, donuts, coffee, etc. Short drive into historic St Augustine. House was very nice. Would stay here again if I return to the area.
